- Anchors Away replies to Ms. KLA compressed air boat horn, in a can, works so much better when attempting to irritate the ear drums of an unwanted caller!
- DeejayI also get these damn calls! You notice they always seem to call around 5 pm when most people are sitting down to dinner? When are the so called law makers going to get off their A$$es and do something about these idiotic criminals??

- suncitysandyKathy, I agree with you totally! Usually it is a robocall not a person. I answered a call last week thinking it was my brother=in=law and got a "scam"call and when I told her where she could go she said I was being unprofessional!!
- Caller: Jeffery Pinneo
- Call type: Telemarketer
- cgmthree phones and get these call at least once a week on each phone
- JohnsonI didn't answer and my caller id said the call was from Pinneo, Jeffrey.
- MidNYteStormI received two calls from this alleged number in less than two hours and T-Mobile appeared both times.
I allowed the answering system to take the calls and it was another one of those bogus card member service calls. The only difference is being the voice. A cell phone reverse shows that this is a T-Mobile number, but I do not believe the number displayed is authentic. The practice is called caller id spoofing and is common among these scam artists.
Calling the number will accomplish nothing. The typical result is either an out of service number or an innocent party that has nothing to do with the operation calling.- Caller: T-Mobile
- PatspaI NEVER answer the phone if I don't recognize the caller on Caller ID. We have received countless calls from this outfit, and the answering machine takes the calls. Caller ID is invaluable...wouldn't live without it.
- Caller: Unknown-in Idaho
- AlanCaller ID is my best defense. Call blocking is my best offense since I don't own a whistle. Area code 208 is Idaho, and since I don't know anyone in Idaho I am blocking 208* (the entire area code). Jeffry is the new Rachel...
- Caller: Credit Card scam
- Call type: Prank
- AnonymNo message left, so nothing important, I guess. It seems to be yet another Crapholder Services (SCAM) number, though!
- Call type: Telemarketer
- Mom of twomessage says press 1 to speak to customer service rep regarding lowering your credit card rates. I pressed 2 and the woman answered the phone. I asked to be removed and she laughed and said NO and hung up on me..... Really, where is the customer service!!! Ms. KL thanks for the whistle idea!! Off to the store to buy one!!
- Caller: Boise, ID
- Call type: Telemarketer
- JohnJust don't answer. If you answer they know the line is an active one and will keep calling. They will also give others your number. The DNC list means nothing since they cannot be found and are most likely off shore.
- Call type: Telemarketer
- TravisThere has to be some way to put all these numbers together so all the telemarketers just call each other...
- fedupwithspamcallsanother credit card services call - pressed one then listened to a guy say "hello... hello?" a couple times before he hung up. Thanks to the gop govt shutdown I can't even file an fcc do not call complaint - and the number of calls has already jumped from a few a week to two or more a day - and I expect it'll get worse.
- dtThey called and didn’t leave a message. Their second call. Using a call blocker to block them now.
- yefStupid robcall @ 1223 pm - recorded message about lowering credit card interest rates. These stupid messages always say something about it being the final offer or call or something. If only that was true!
- Caller: out of area
- Call type: Telemarketer
- BlakeI received a call from these scammers. I pressed 1 and when the man answered, I pressed the # key. He hung up. Within seconds I dialed back, and got "The number you have dialed is not in service." How can this be? A lot of times I dial back the robo calls and get "If you would like to be removed from our calling list, please press 1." I do this 20-30 times just to tie up their lines. May not help, but I feel better harassing them like they harass me.
- Caller: Credit Card Services
