I have been called by a number listed as bonnie scholl.i called this number and talked to her about it.
it was not her that called me.she is a nurse in Connecticut that works at 4 hospitals on a call in basis.

*Carl* - most likely the idiot owner of a credit card laundering operation hits our nomorobo outgoing recording! More about aka Carl, whom pre-thanks the machine for “holding”.
Carl’s voice was recorded, and has a familiar print to it. AKA Carl and fellow swindlers may be going to jail.
He’s using an older Non-Rachel robo;
“This is a very important message about your current credit card account. This is your second, and final notice to lower your credit card interest rate, and payments. Press one now to find out the terms, conditions, and associated changes, before the next billing cycle. Again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus. So press one now to take advantage of this today.”

Since aka Carl is breaking the law multiple times a day, we’ll go ahead and repost recent robo- racketeering card holder non-compliant telemarketers.

Just got a call from this number. I do not answer these calls. Funny/curious thing though, during the great 'shutdown,' I did not receive any robocalls.  Fifty two minutes after it was annouced the fiasco was over, these calls started again.  Hmmm.

I always answer their call. When they ask for my credit card# I gave them a fake one. While talking to them, I purposely putting them on hold saying I need to turn off my oven, Asking a lot of questions pretending you are interested in their offering. Praise them for having such a good deal. Thank them a lot, drag on the conversation, Waste their time.

It's NATIONAL RECOVERY AGENCY.   A debt collector.  They pose as something else and write false comments on line.  not a telemarketer.

Robo call concerning credit card rates.  Blocking the number today.

Funny, they called me earlier this morning while I was at work. I tried returning the call, and all I get was a message stating "The number you have dialed is not in service."

This gentleman apparently leads a tortured life. Druggies and other lowlifes make it just horrible for him.

For my iphone, IOS 7.0.2 has a block caller feature that seems to be working.  I continually have to add "new" callers.  Just got 2 new callers today.

And they make it bad for other decent folks also, whether they realize it or not.The druggies and other lowlifes are a drain on all society.

I received a call from this number. Hung up when i answered. Called the number back and got a recording saying this number is not in service.

Caller ID reflects a "spoof" number. When called you will receive a message that the number you have dialed is not in service. They made a critical mistake by calling a secure witness protection location with all incoming calls monitored for their true physical location. Scammers can no longer hide behind VOIP, Google Voice, Magic Jack, prepaid cellular phones and other virtual numbers intended to conceal the caller's true identity and location. The team at the agency has been alerted and will be knocking on their door shortly. Jakarta, Manila, California, Idaho or Florida, there is no longer a safe haven in the world for these types.

Number came up as a call from "Jeffery Pinneo". Left no message. Another scam call.

This was one of those robot calls that starts out as "your last chance" to let them help you with your credit cards.  When I pressed "1" to speak to a representative, and proceeded to tell the man who answered that I did not want them calling me again or I would report them to the attorney general of my state, I got a response like, "you want to dance with me..." as a purely hateful retort.  I kept repeating the question, "what is your name?"  He continued to bellow into the phone similarly challenging retorts, and finally said he name was Adam Blair, then asked me what was my name.  I said that if he did not know who he had called, he was violating my do not call status.  Only then did he hang up.

After suffering from 'SKILLIONS' of these annoying calls I finally invested in the Digitone Call Blocker from Amazon and to my amazement, this has solved the problem.  I now block area codes as well as specific numbers and our household is FINALLY quiet.   These scammers are low life pathetic [***] .

Once again, another bogus robo call wanting to lower credit card interest rates.  Our hope is everyone receiving these calls have wises up and knows it's a scam.  

I received a call from 208-389-8691 today at 3:24 pm central time ans didnt answer it. I called the # back and it said it was out of service? This some kinda scam and It sounds like there using free service. I live in louisiana in 504 area code.
