These calls needs to stop now. Everyday, these people call all day long. The crazyest thing is they can call your number, but won't leave a message. Then you try calling them back, nobody answers it. I have blocked 6 numbers, from 3 different statesi belonging to them.

This is in fact a collection agency - IC Systems. I got a new phone from T-Mobile and they gave me a recycled number. The previous owner of the number apparently had some issues with bills. I also get a ton of automated calls from various school systems, friends, etc. I usually just block the calls in the settings on my iPhone but the list is getting ridiculous.

This is a collection agency.  They don't leave messages. They want you to call them back. That's when they try to collect on a debt you know nothing about. They might be scammers.

I keep receiving daily calls from this number even though I have asked the caller to STOP the unwanted calls

yes they call me  to  i just  call them  back   and tell them   they  got  the  wrong number they   took the  number off there   computer

This number recently started calling me consistently, daily at different times. I finally answered and it was a conpany called IC systems who wouldnt give any furhter info on what the call was in reference to, they just it was a personal business call and couldnt give any furnther info until i verified who i was. i said i couldnt give them any information until they said what this was in reference to and they said they would try back at another time and hung up. i was very annoyed with that response and blocked the number.

They are calling about an "account" I owe money on...have never had an account with this company...they didn't have my name correct and started asking me to verify MY social security number.  I don't give that to anyone who calls ME!  Idiots!!  I've blocked them...

this company ( IC  Tech I believe ) keeps calling  me as early as 6.20 am and throughout the day.
no messages. I called back and they said they are a debt collector for an account I have had in another city some years ago. and when I asked them why they call me earlier than 8 a.m  the guy literally flipped on the phone started yelling at me like crazy all i managed to say is : sir your manners! and then i hanged up. I can not imagine that is a legitimate collection agency!
please research them for fraud or illegal activity ( calling at illegal times of the day to collect debt,no messages, yelling representative) I sow on the comment thread that looks like a pattern for them.

I get calls from this # all the time.  I ask who is calling the company and what they want.  They never tell what they want.  I never give them my name.   When they refuse to tell me what they want I scream obsenties at them and hang up

Getting many calls on my cellphone from 208-515-7470. No message is ever left. Very annoying. I have no idea who is calling or why. They are persistent.

I got a call from this number.  I didn't answer, since I didn't recognize it.  

This number has called several times over the last few days.  The first time a man with a very heavy accent, and almost non-existent English, asked for me.  Today, is was someone with an accent, and these are "transfer" people, who transfer you to IC Systems, upon verification of identity.  I'm going to block the number the next time they call.

Lets see...my daughter just got this phone 2 weeks ago, already have collections calling it....and before you ask, an 11 year old doesn't have any outstanding debt.  So the "most of you here owe money" is incorrect.  I have gotten phone calls for people down the street, people I've never heard of, for my ex husband, and his ex wife.  These people take a shot in the dark and call anyone in the phone book with the same last name as the person they are looking for.

IC Systems collection agency. I looked them up and they have an impressive list of numbers they call from scattered all over the country.

Got a call, almost hung up since no one was there when I answered.  They asked for my dad. I said he wasn't here.  Before I could say he doesn't live at this house anymore (he's in assisted living) they hung up.
