This is IC Systems, a collection agency. They can't even speak English and I have no debts. Just blocked their number.

ID show a Krager not IC Systems. Isn't this illegal

Get a call or  2 a day. Fortunately my phone sends it to voice mail, never even hear it ring. They've never left a message.

They are calling everyday 4-5 times a day do not leave a message and when at work, when with family, does not matter. If I do not now the number I do not answer the phone. If they can not leave a message then they really can not need to get in touch with me that bad.

I C System is a legitimate collection agency.  I C Systems (with another s!) Is a scam!

They call our business 5 or 6 times a day, but there is never anyone there. I've even waited for a few minutes before to see if I can get someone on the line to remove our business from their call list, but no, never a person.

just received two calls today from a number and name I don't recognize at all.  The name ICSystems showed up under this number.  I googled this name and read all the complaints about this company-way too many to write about here.  Since I don't even own, use or have any credit cards, I have no idea who or what they want.  I never received any forms or letters from them concerning these calls.  Apparently this is a collection company, but isn't it a federal or state law that notification should be given by mail before calls are made??????  If you read the complaints about this company, they NEVER mail anything out first.  THIS IS NOT A GOOD OR HONEST COMPANY TO WORK WITH AS THEY MAKE THE RULES UP AS THEY GO ALONG AND ONLY DO WHAT SUITS THEIR BEST INTERESTS!!!  Good Luck!!!!!!!

This number came through on the caller ID as Dreger R - not even as IC System(s) which I found out when I returned the call even though no message was left - they can't even be honest with who they are and they think I would give them any info...sorry wrong number, now this number is blocked.

Received a call from theses idiots this morning...no they don't even know what the laws are about calling on a weekend...read up on the fair credit reporting act.....read what is legal and not...I fought many battles with theses types of individuals and won every case....not only for myself but for my elderly parents and anyone else being illegally harassed

Legitimate? Hardly.....they are scammers...liers....thieves....don't know the laws pertaining to the federal fair credit reporting act...so that blows legitimate right out of the water.....

Did you receive any type of written letter concerning what they are calling about???   By Federal Law, they are supposed to contact you either before they start calling  --  or the VERY LATEST  --  within 5 days of their first call!!  If you google their name, you will see a website listed just for this all the complaints against this company.  A lot of them mention that NO NOTICE of any kind was ever received by anyone either before or during all their obnoxious calls.   Good luck dealing with anyone from this company!!!

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans

The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.

According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.

The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim’s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims’ relatives, friends, and employers.

Two or three calls a day from this number ( my blocker blocks it). Reverse look up says its the number of a "melissa vian".

They are real. They were calling to collect a medical debt that was delinquent.

Call came in saying hold the line while they connect with the caller that is waiting to speak with you. When the live person spoke they said they were looking to speak with (My Name) then started to ask me my address etc. I asked who I was speaking with and they said it was IC Systems. I said I didn't have any business with IC Systems and then the woman replied, with this question , "Don't you want verification of your flight plans? " I replied that I had no flight plans and hung up and blocked this number. Scary. I do not have any debts so if it is a debt collection agency, as some are reporting it to be.
