someone called me and said that they were from micro soft and that they were calling to help fix my computer, it sound like a scam and I thought they just wanted access to my computer.

Scam.

I got a call from this number  from someone who said they were from Microsoft. He had a very strong Indian accent, I asked where he was calling from he would just say U.S.A.. When I asked for his number so I could call him back he gave me this number. When I challenged him on his location he couldn't spell the name of the city he was in & transfered me to another person who said she was in Georgia Atlanta. I challenged her again, she transfered me to yet another person who also couldn't spell the city.When I said I would be calling Microsoft he said he couldn't help me and hung up. SCAM !!!!

Microsoft does not call you to inform you of problems with your computer.
