I have received 5 calls from the Senior Diabetic Group asking me if I am diabetic.  I have repeatedly asked to be put on their "DO NOT CALL" list.  They still call.
Today I spoke with Alex. I asked for his phone number. It is: 519-350-1727.
I then spoke with his supervisor Mike and again requested to be added to the "DO NOT CALL" list.  Mike assured me I would not be called again.  We will see.
Has anyone reported them to the FCC?

Call from Montana 406-478-2356 Senior Diabetic Group, ID themselves as from Georgetown Delaware & claim someone filled out an online form....which of course never happened. I asked for a supervisor and pointed out that protected health information per the federal HIPAA laws was illegally relased to them. When I asked for a supervior they hung up.

The ONLY way a marketing group could get my confidential medical info was from my physician's office, my insurance company or the lab that I use for bloodwork. (I'm not on medication so there is no pharmacy on my list of suspects).  I wonder if they don't have a network of individuals working in some insurance company or national lab back office somewhere sifting thru claims and then selling private health info.

Got call from 'senior diabetic service' 6 times today!  Someone give me an address so I can go deal with them in person!

I have stared receiving calls from the Senior diabetic service.  Two to three times a day and night. Asked me the same questions as to who in my household is a diabetic. Asked where they got my name and medical info from.  The Pakastani or Indian said I filled out a survey and put that info in it.  That's BS!  I never, never, never do survey's, or go on Facebook or Twitter.  Someone is stealing and selling private medical info.  I will contact my Cong..Rep's
 Don't waste your time thinking you can get this Admin to do anything for you.
 What would be nice is if some enterprising and talented individual was able to identify the senior exec's of this organizitation and get their home phone numbers.  Then start an effort to call THEM at their homes at all hours.  Lots of calls.
 I remember years ago that a local dog would start barking at ungodly hours of the morning. The owner would sleep through it.  Then decided to call when the dog started barking and hang up when the owner answered.  After two times the dog didn't bark anymore.  Problem solved.

I usually have fun with the 'cold callers' but this group is just annoying.  I found out they are in Maine. I asked the foreign accent where she was and she said Maryland.  I replied, "Liar, you are in Maine.  (Dead silence.)  You are now officially noticed to remove my name from your call list, It is the law."  She called the next day and I said, "You have now broken a federal law and you will soon you wished that you only had diabetes.  Listen you curry smelling b***h, never call this number again."  It worked.

I keep getting a call most of the time there is no answer. However today I got a live person with a Filipino accent trying to sell me some diabetic supplies.  I told him I probably I [***] his mother and that he was my son.  He hung-up immediately.

I receive Senior Diabetic Group calls up to 3 times per day.  I have asked them to remove me from their list in a civil fashion on more than occassion.  The calls continue and I was recently told by a heavily Indian acented woman "oh you can expect a lot more calls" . Something needs to be done about this and all the other telemarketers than invade our lives on a daily basis.

Senior Diabetic Group keeps calling almost everyday.  Some day's we have gotten 4 calls.  Everytime I tell them to take our number off their list and don't call us any more.  The calls keep coming!!

I confronted the caller last evening and she threatened to burn my house down. I have contacted my local police.

So, pages and pages of complaints and still the calls keep coming. What is this site and why are you collecting complaints??

I looked futher into your site and I get it now! There is no law in this area! How on earth could anyone craft a law to outlaw the behavior of these companies?? Sociopathic liars, willing to say anything to anybody to make a buck! They lie to congress, to your grandmother and to your children. And no lack of lawyers to help them!! So, we must attempt to bring these scum suckers out in to the light by putting their names up in public.
This is the only tool we are left with.

You should be reporting them to the HIPPA compliance hotline.  Health and human services would have nothing to do with it anyway.  Try here http://www.hhs.gov/ocr/privacy/

I got a call from this company this morning. I recently installed spam blocker due to all these unwanted calls i started getting after i submitted my number for educational information. Now i get all types of calls from different companies, so call collection agencies, schools, loan companies you name it.  I am marking this as spam and i hope i dont get a call back from them. I am blocking numbers everyday. Word of advise dont use your number when on line.
