Constantly getting calls from this number, all hours of the day/days of the week.  Never leaves a message, never anyone on the line if I get a chance to answer, and when calling the number back I get a 'non working number' message.......how can I get this to stop!!!???

I got the same call a week ago,
the girl asked if I was willing or able to invest,and if I had invested before.
I told her the truth:I'm in a devorce and I'll need all my money(and more!) to buyout my wife and keep my house.
She felt sorry for this situation and was curiuos about my feelings,kids,happiness ect...
We talked for about 15mins.and got pretty personal.
Yesterday,that same number appeared on my cellular phone....
I picked up and answered:S...(name),how you're doin'?
She was happily surprised that I still knew her name,
So we had another 10min.talk,how she's been thinking about me and wanting
to hear me again...We were just talking about ourselves,no commercial stuff.
I think there's nothing wrong with that number,the people are just trying to attract investers.(still don't know in what,but I don't care for that!)
In my case,I found a friend ,and I expect her to call me again real soon!

But They are not friends, I've worked in insurance and this is typical for a scam artist.
They are grooming you, setting you up for a future shake down, continuing contact with them will cost you money.
You can find fiends on other social networks, that will be help you and support you

Its part of being on the do not call list.  

If you really want the calls to STOP - YOU HAVE TO REPORT THEM

NO OFFSHORE telemarketers are STILL REQUIRED TO FOLLOW THE DONOTCALL LAWS -if they are a LEGITIMATE business.


YES THEY ARE USING A SPOOFED CALLER ID # - BECAUSE THEY ARE CROOKS. YOU STILL HAVE TO REPORT THEM DONOTCALL.GOV website - and quit expecting that the donotcall staff already know that you are receiving these calls.

received call at 11:15PMEST. Caller ID said Texas. answering machine picked up but no message. They claim to be from an online pharmacy service confirming my prescription refill.  They call all the time 3-4 times weekly. I've reported them to the national do not call  We'll see if this does anything.

I just had a missed call from this number +12102808096 my caller id appeared to be TX, USA i called back but they hang up. Very wiered.

Yup, same here on my Belgian number. They pretended being a Luxembourg Financial thing.
I cut short on the conversation but they keep on calling.
I'm currently abroad so it costs me money on roaming to answer this BS.

Received the call  at 8:36 p.m.  They asked  for Sophie Lopez.  When I said she was not at that number the caller asked me how long I have been at this number.  I reponded with"It's none of your busines," and I hung up.

got the same call trying to get info on company investments etc.

Got a call from this number today as well. Didn't pick it up, because i've gotten some sales calls from Hong Kong lately. "Hello Sil, ale you intlested in?.... NO!

Got the call today. I live in Denmark
Asked me to verify my title in the company
Told them that it had no interest and hung up.

Wed., March 31, 6:07 PM received a call from 210-280-8096
No message either time, looks like it's a number out of Texas, that's all I know.
Would like them to stop using my minutes!

I got a call in Norway too, did not answer it...

I got a call today in Switzerland 210-280-8096! Didn't pick it up. No message.

Just got a call from this number, the lady stating that she were with a "Research Group" from Luxemburg, Euro.
Her english was heavily accented asian. Furthermore, as I'm located in Austria, a true luxemburgian would have tried to talk to me in german.
So I hung up.
