- Paula in Batavia replies to lillyThank you! I was getting bogus "Chase USA" calls from 402-220-4351, and I called the# on the back of my credit card. Chase told me they didn't call me, and not to give any info to these phishers. As soon as I blocked the 402# I start getting calls from this
210#. Thanks for posting. - Tyler| 1 replyThis is a legitimate call from a Chase Debt Collection Call Center. I'm currently a few days past due on my credit card and the lady was able to identify all correct information in regards to my credit card without even saying a word. She also provided an ID number when introducing herself.

- Skippy the Wonder PonyNever answer calls from a number you don't recognize - ever. If it is legitimate, they will leave a message with a call back number. If they do, Google the number and find out. If it's legitimate, you will find the name of the company that called. If not, block the number.
- Caller: don't know or care

- Annoyed AFCalled business line and it read CHASE on caller ID. I never said "hello" and eventually the call ended from their end. I called the # back and it prompted an automated voice system where it asked me to input the last 4 digits of my account #. With no cooperation from me, the automated system was thanking me for my cooperation in advance and then asked me to provide my 16 DIGIT account #. I remained on the line to see where it would lead me. It then told me I was being transferred to customer representative. It made that clicking noise that I've heard before when scammers call and you can hear what I call the "click-over noise" once you say "hello". Then "Terrance - ID #(blah blah blah)" came on the line and told me that this call was being recorded for security purposes. I said, "Good! Great! This is ridiculous. And you should find something better to do with you time!" UGH. Chase is out of Wilmington, DE. USAA is out of San Antonio, TX. Get it right scammers and better yet, GET A LIFE making legitimate $$$$!!!!!!!!!!!" EFF. They are obviously now blocked and I am contacting Chase just for their FYI.
- Caller: "CHASE"
- Penny Leffew2/1/17 I got 5 calls from this number 210-520-6400 on my cell phone. This is very annoying as I have a job that I work every day. They won't leave a voicemail.
- PKThis is NOT a scam. This really is Chase.
- Caller: Chase Bank
- Call type: Debt collector
- Sarah M.This is Chase. They call everyday at least ten times and at all hours. The thing that make me mad is they keep calling even when they have gotten their payment. (I checked with my bank and they have their money.) This is now just for harassment purposes now. This annoying practice began after I paid off my mortgage and my Home Equity Line of credit I had through them. What a crappy way to do business.

Dont own a credit card and my only bank is based in my home state, no overdrafts there either. Probably a scam. No vmail left and im not calling back.
