These people called me and asked for me by name, then asked if my last four digits of my SSN were #### and they were!  I have never had an account with Chase Visa Platinum Card and spoke with the fraud department.  Someone must have stolen my SSN and is using my name, my phone numbers but changing the address.  I have put a flag on my credit reports and am starting the process of getting my identity back.  The number 1-888-293-5321 also called my house saying they werer from Chase bank collections as well.  If this sounds familiar to you and you have never had a Chase credit card account call them and report it.  This card has over $1000.00 in debt and is reflecting on my credit reports.  Don't ignore this....I did for the past three months and when I finally called and followed up on this I found out someone has my identity.

I get approximately 10 calls a day, Sat & Sun included, from this number.  There has to be a way to stop these annoying calls other than changing my cell phone #.  Where does one file a complaint to?  Better Business Bureau?  This is definitely considered harrassment and should be illegal for a business to make this many calls on a daily basis.

Yeah, they keep calling my phone at home and my cell now, too.

So, I'm having financial issues right now; I know I ain't the only one.
As someone else mentioned, sometimes I answer and they don't talk wasting my "peak" minutes.

What annoys me the most is that I took the only and quickest job I could get, unfortunately at minimum pay.

As I've told this guy, I ain't getting paid to answer my personal phone.     He don't care.  Just keeps annoying and harrassing me. I'm sick of it!

If I was home, I wouldn't be trying to make money to pay my bills/debts.
Instead I'm working to catch up on things but they are about to put me
AT RISK TO LOSE MY JOB IF THEY DON'T QUIT PHONING ME.
I TOLD THEM THAT BUT THE GUY JUST DIDN'T CARE.
(Some times I'm sorry I took this damn job.)

Please give people who are working a break! Just doing the right thing here!

they call since 8am untill late........every day, 20 times

They keep calling several times a day asking for our relative and tell us to call back within the hour, saying it's "really important". Don't ever answer the phone if it displays this number.

This numbered keep calling me everyday on my business phone and telling me they are calling about issues with my Chase account, which I don thave.

Fortunately, I have a zapateller in my phone system, I'm gonna put this s*ckers in there, this will annoy them and take me out of their list

they call me at all hours of the day.. from 6 am to 10 at night.. who calls at 6 in the morning on a SATURDAY!! i was pissed.. cuz it was a recording saying "please hold" I do have a chase credit crad which i am now going to cancle.. i dont have outstanding bills..

You all get to answere?  they let mine ring about 1/4 a second mayber long enough to hear a click where the ringer was going to ring but then they hang up.(3000 times a day)

This number has started calling my business and not leaving messages just like they do at my home and on my cell phone.  They never leave a message and need to cease calling my cell phone OR my job.

A lot of noise

210-586-0050 calls and hangs up.  I wish muslim extremists would eclare jihad on them rather than the innocent.

I've been getting these callas as well.  They used to leave a message for a Maria Florez, but now they don't leave a message at all.  It's very annoying when they call early in the morning and late at night, several times a day.

I have received 5 calls from this number this morning (10/22) and every time I answer, they hang up!

they are the extremists

I was at my grandmother's house yesterday for two hours.  While I was there, I got 7 calls from this number.  They should be shot.

Call my house and leave a message from "Card Member Services".  I have a credit card and car loan with Chase bank but neither is delinquent.  I don't answer any long distance calls unless I recognize the number anymore.  It's ridiculous.

Same as all of the other posts with the exception that when you finally get a live person and state that you are recording the converstion and are requesting them not to call they just switch to another office number and do the same thing again. It is a violation to call more than once every two-three days and they have to take you off their call list or it is harassment. If you do that and they continue calling, then they can be reported and fined. Does it work that way? HE-- NO! They are too powerful and can get away with anything!

This number calls me about two or three times a day, usually starting around 8:00 in the morning.  They have left one message asking for this girl that used to live with me this summer.  They said it was important that she call them back.  They have left no other messages, however, but have been calling me for about the last three weeks.
