- Dawn| 1 replyContinuous calls from phones 210-586-1025 and 210-586-0050.
Answered once only to have them sarcastically argue with me, insisting I identify my name on the phone. As a prior victim of identity theft, I flatly refused saying i would not be verifying my name!
Either you leave your message on voice mail why you called or mail a letter directly to me and I will follow up. My Account is current! Yes, they they replied, but you have to verify your name as we OWN YOUR ACCOUNT!!!!! Yes, but you don't have to harrass me!!!!
After that call, a written complaint was filed with Chase; and
Advised them my number was listed with National No-Call Registry and a Complaint would be filed also of their harassing calls. This irritated them, and was informed the calls would continue, and better not hang up!!!! OH YEAH!
Everyone beware of these calls!- Caller: Chase
- B replies to DawnI also had 5-6 calls from these numbers every day asking for a "Matthew". I don't have anything with Chase and told them I don't know Matthew. They continued to call so today I called Chase privacy
at 1-888-868-8618 and had their privacy department tell their collections department to add my phone number to the their do not call list. We'll see if it works in the next few days. - SRJHere's a copy of a letter you must FAX 888-643-9628 to Chase to get them to stop calling and the link is: http://credit.about.com/od/debtcollection/a/ceaseanddesist.htm
Dear Chase,
This is in response to the 3-5 phone calls I receive on a DAILY basis between 8:00 am CST and 9:00 pm CST from Chase. Please cease and desist contacting me via telephone for any reason.
Pursuant to my rights under federal debt collection laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Act, I demand that you cease and desist communication with me, as well as my family and friends, in relation to this and all other alleged debts you claim I owe. If you must contact me, please do so in writing.
You are hereby notified that if you do not comply with this request, I will immediately file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the (your state) Attorney General’s office. Civil and criminal claims will be pursued.
Sincerely,- Caller: Chase

- Michael replies to RebeccaThis is one of about five different numbers chase is using to harass me. I am on a debt elimination plan and am paying them one hundred dollars regularly every month. I have already let them know that they are next on the plan and that I will have the current project paid off at the first of the year, but they keep hounding me. I just ignore them.
- Chad replies to darksinisterWow, the same thing happened to me! Even though they are fully aware my unemployment income ran out (which was what I was using to pay them) and they still call many times on a daily basis. Like others too, no message is left either.
My nice letter to them said I will continue business with them when I gain employment again and in the mean time, they can feel free to help me with my job searches because the sooner I land another job, the sooner they can start getting their payments again. It's that simple. - The EmpireI just called back the number and sure enough it was Chase Bank.
Here is why they were trying to contact me. I had an automatic payment aranged with them for credit card payment. They "claim" that automatic payment has to be renewed every year and that last year setup had expired. Because that is how they setup automatic payment system, so thay say. That is not the case with BOA. Any how, I told them to renew it so payment is automaticaly deducted each month as was always. The guy I talked to calles himself Chris. I will let you know if they screw it up. Because for the last one year they have handled the account without trouble. Now they could have communicated effectively with me via email just to alert me of automatic payment expiration. I guss technology has not reached them yet.- Caller: Chase Bank

- AZURE| 1 reply210-586-0050 Is Chase Card Services
- Annoyed receipter replies to AZUREThat's what they want you to think. I've gotten calls from this number, and when I checked with Chase (by calling their 1-800-* numbers on the back of my card), they had no problems with my account and no reason to contact me. So most likely spammers.
- annit is chase...they called me at 6am and at 7am. they hung up on me at 7am when i said that i'm on west coast time.
i had closed one bank account and forgot to update the automatic payments info. out of 6 years having the card, this was the first time missing a payment with excellent credit.- Caller: chase

- ElanoI was 7 days late on my minimum payment and when I made the payment, they credited it to the wrong card. Since then, I get at least 8 calls a day from Chase starting at 8:00 AM. As soon as I can close my accounts, I will. I will NEVER do business with Chase again. When I picked up the one call about being late and went through all my documentation with them regarding them applying the payment to the wrong account, I was on the phone for 50 minutes and they were incredibly rude. After that phone call, it took them 2 months to make the adjustment.
- Lubov SosunovaIam receiving harrassing calls from this phone every day, 7 dqays a week from 8am -10pm
- VickUnwanted phone calls
- Sydneyyes they are from JP Morgan Chase/Chase, I owed .72 cents!!!! yes .72 cents & they were calling me 5 to 8 times a day & no message was ever left. I closed all of my accounts w/ Chase over this stupid error on their part. I realize my less than $8000.00 in money from my checking & saving accounts is not even a drop in the bucket of their vast holdings but it is the principal of it all.

- FedUp#Yeah, lots of harassing numbers these days. Normally what I do, is just flag the stupid number on my cell to "reject calls" this way I get peace and quite. Normally what you will see when they attempt to call again is "call rejected" .
