They hang up when I answer

actually, i do not believve they are violating anything, unless they leave a message..more than one message.  If you answer the phone, they will not call again because they cannot harrass you by calling you more than once, but if you do not pick up the phone, they assume you are not home, and keep calling until they get someone!  Leaving more than one messAGE would be a violation and prove that they are calling you all day long.  when they leave no message, and get no answer, they are not doing anything wrong .  
So, it is Chase Card Services..  and they only call you if you are late paying your bill.  Pick it up, tell them you will pay it and you will be good to go~!

FYI we have a Magic Jack line at our house -while it's not perfect I love it for  1 function especially ... when phone numbers like this ring us it will ask if we want to ignore or accept -Love it!!!

I HAVE answered: they put me on hold.  I HAVE called them back.  They put me on hold.  Life is too short....

This number calls the house several times a day starting sometimes at 8:05 a.m. We are on the do-not-call-list. They never leave a message. This has been going on for several weeks.

I have been getting a call from  210 5860 0050 and since it's out of town and a strange number
      I don't pick up hoping the caller will leave a message. " No message left at all" !

     That aroused my curiosity on the purpose of the call !  And I get that call consistently for some time now!

      How & where do I report this?

Folks, if you want to stop Chase from calling your phones, send a certified letter, return receipt required, advising them you may only be contacted by mail.  Once they have received the letter, if they call again, you tell them you sent the letter, they are in violation and you are reporting them to the Federal Trade Commission.

This caller don't leave a message and has been calling me for weeks but i just ignore it.
          Now I see he/she has been calling people apparently on behalf of card services.

          This kind of call needs to be stopped and find who is behind this scheme or what have you.

6.00 short of paying my bill.in.full and they started calling 8:00 sunday morning..is nothing sacared!
Not late on anything usually ,and this month this number has callex my rediculously over and over...even when asked to stop!
