Got call at 4:51am. No one there. I am on the do not call list.

received a call at 2:12Am  We live in Clarion County.  No one there.
talk with my sister, she had the same phone call.

Meee toooo!!! 3:40 am. I was scared. Half asleep. I thought someone I knew was in truouble. So I panicked. They left no message. So I knew it was a telemarketer. I tried to call it back. And of course you can't. It's rediculous. The do not call list never works.

Just wanna add that I live in Beaver County Pa.. Economy to be exact.

Got a call at 1:22 a.m. Sunday morning 09/27/2009.  Did not reconize the number and did not anwser.

I got this call at 12:13 a.m.  With a family friend dying yesterday, I assumed it may be a relative, but did not recognize the number. No one answered when I said Hello, Hello.  Very aggravating !!   This was EST time, and uncalled for. Glad I looked it up on here .  Thanks for anything you can do.

I received a call at 1:41 a.m 9/27...it was a recording similiar to another poster  "Hello, this is Jim White calling about the federal mortgage..."  I wasn't really awake and don't remember if that's the exact wording or not.

I just talked to my mom. She doesn't have caller ID but she had a random phone call at 4 am so I told her it was probably this guy. She lives in Beaver County too.

got a call at 4:13 AM 9/27/09  from this number  Caller ID said  Unknown   Answered and  a guy said "this is Jim White from Federal Mortgage"  I hung up and am going to report this to phone company

Call came in @ 4:37 am.  Recording about interest rates.  Mercer County, PA.  We don't have caller ID.  Used the *69.

How to we get them to stop?  Is this an FCC thing?

This number called me at 4:11 am Monday sept 27, I guess its calling alot of people, please let me now how to stop it, I have small children and wakes the whole family due to me and my husband have aging parents

P.S I live in Lawrence County Pa mercer is like 15 min north, now wondering if there is some kind of connections from other post i read.

received call on Sept 27th at 3:38am.  My husband answered and said it was a automated call.  We are on the do not call list in PA and Nationally.  Why did we get this call?

Like the other posters, we also received a call at 3:27AM, as did my mother. With a sick parent, this scared the heck out of us!! The calls were from a Jim White wanting to talk about investments. Hopefully my report, along with the others will help to put a stop to this nonsense!!

once answered they hang up, one day someone will find these MFKers and shove foot up their ass. I believe the congress and senate is getting kick backs from the telemarketeers, and thats why the do not call is not being policed and enforced.

They called me at 12:52 a.m. on 9/27.  Didn't leave a voice mail as we don't answer phone calls where we don't recognize the number

Got call 9/27/09 at 2:57am just like everyone else.  All my family did also.  Was also upset...Please, everyone-you need to call your Attorney General's/state reps etc...and let them know.  I say we all call them this week so they know it was not a few select.  We all need to call the radio stations too!  Get these people in trouble!   I am calling tomorrow as many places as possible!  I am in PA...some of you actually have a number that showed up-I only had unkown caller.  I tried calling the number that was posted here-it did not work!
