They said it was from the FBI

Today, I got the call from +1(212) 384-1000. They call me as FBI agent and told me that you are under investigation. We have to issue arrest warrant if you do not follow this procedures. Then after they send me one government website link, which describe laws. Then after they send me message from another number +1(347) 943-2521known as  Estevan Johnson calling as FBI Agent. They go ahead with me by step by step. First they ask me to send Identification card on that private number. I was confuse and during the call i search online about this number. It's showing that IT IS SCAM. They are using same number to threaten people. Thank god i did not share my ID.

Who is "they" and HOW did "they" take your money? There any reason your not telling more details about it?
Who is going to arrest you, the Police? Only the Police can arrest you, so go ask them about it and they will help you with the rest of your answers.

From reading the other posts it appears that these scammers are targeting Spanish speaking people pretending to be the FBI and telling them that they were caught doing something with girls of the night.  Then they extort money from them to make the charges "go away".

Yeah I kinda got it was some sort of extortion scam, but "Fc" said they took money and I was wondering how they did it, as in did he/she give them any personal info and got their account cleaned out or did they go buy Gift cards, etc..
It might help others to know those details, so they know the signs a bit better.
Depending on how that money was taken, making a Police report might be useful  in recovery if it was by a traceable method.

The scamers have a  technology  that allows them to fake the number of anyone they want , police precincts , FBI , it happened to me , they called me asking for 4000$ so they don't file me an arrest order , I googled the number and it was from a NY police precint , so I went to a precint , and they said police never calls you asking for money , actually if they are looking to arrest you , they will never call , I don't think FBI would do it , this are just thief's with pop up technology

It's a scam block the number these scammers spoof numbers . The FBI will never call.
