- iStrategy Scam| 3 repliesBeware of GDS rebranding some of their products! iStrategy is a scam! They have been selling iStrategy under the GDS brand but are now trying to distance themselves and seperate the two brands. They call you from the same call centre but claim to be unrelated to GDS when in fact they are one and the same thing.

All part of the GDS family of scammers trying to move attention away from the tarnished brand onto newly created brands. - Whistler| 3 repliesCirculate this List to all your Clients.. Here is an almost complete list of All EMPLOYEES..

If you need anything else... let us know.. we have been compiling a dossier on all their activities over the past year.. We are in the process of contacting all their listed Sponsors on their websites and Speakers at their event informing them of the irrefutable evidence that we have.. Special Thanks Go Out To James Craven, without you none of this would be happening.
Message to Spencer.. - You back stabbed the wrong person
spencerdgreen.com is his attempt to out SEO all the bad press, they have hired SEO professionals to market this site in order to quash all the GDS Bad press from the first few pages of google.- Caller: MEET THE BOSS TV

- Whistler replies to iStrategy Scam| 1 replyiStrategy is an actual registered trademark and really should not be used, especially with such a company as GDS potentially damaging its reputation.

who actually own the mark iStrategy as used by GDS in the same format.. so unless GDS are using this under licence they are in breach of US TM Infringement.
Perhaps it would be worthwhile sending a little reminder to those companies listed above. pointing them to this site. - Bad idea replies to Whistlerhttp://www.istrategyconference.com/
This is the site that GDS use and yes thinking about it why wouldn't they just use the straightout istrategy.com website if this is something they came up with themselves.
And I know for a fact that in their Sydney testimonials they used Haresh Khupchandani (Head of digital marketing in Asia Pacific for Microsoft) in the video clip despite his specific wish not to be on any kind of testimonial video. They told him this would not be publicised and only distributed internaly at GDS for training purposes.
Also their Australian mining summit was a flop because not enough of the delegates that were promised actually turned up and there were alot of upset people who in no uncertain terms told them what they thaught of their deceitful promises. - A| 2 repliesIt makes me laugh how stupid all the poeple on this website are!!! if gds was so dodgy it would have been shut down years ago.
I recently left in a blaze of glory and dont have any loyalty to the company but you lot need to just get over it!! u were [***] at the job face it!! you probably deserved the sack!!! - noted replies to A| 1 replyOk noted.
Now that you've said that, tell us did you ever misrepresent which delegates were attending the summit?
Did you ever tell your clients that you had certain information that the people attending this event were looking for their product/solution when in fact they weren't?
Because if you did then you are no different that anyone else who worked (works) there and if you are naive enough to think that this acceptable behaviour then I pitty you, if you don't care then you are a long term GDS scumbag and you deserve only loathing.
That is pretty much the GDS demographic, the naive and the scum bags. The scum bags tend to stay long term, ie over a year, where as the initially naive just do it to put some cash in their pockets and jump ship the first opportunity they get once they truly see how the place operates. - james| 2 repliespublishers, for decades, have been mis repping numbers, everyone knows this. even the big newspapers..even publishers like yellow pages..
even in richard bransons book he admits to lying to both Coke and pepsi about advertisers in his student magazine..
gds are growing, opening in Miami and all you can do is put them down on a forum that has no credibility at all.
massive fail on the x staff bitching about being sacked.
all talk, no action
ha ha!! - GD Ex replies to Whistler| 1 replySo happy you've pointed out Spencers new website I know nothing about it!
Have not laughed so much in years - a blog about his prep for a Marathon and detailing his philanthopy?? Seriously? This is SEO at its most shameless wrapped up in b*llsh*t. I left there just over a year ago, and I know that back then they were hiring a team of SEO guys simply to hide bad online press about GDS and glorious leader Spencer - this looks like their work, they are earning their wages!. It's no coincedence that if you search "GDS Scam" a load of random stories titled "GDS Scam" clicking to GDS websites come up.
I worked there long enough to know that they HATED the bad press the company was getting on sites like this and the stuff being posted about Spencer was a big bug bear. They ran all sorts of schemes and plans to bury as much of the bad stuff online.
The place is a joke, with either people who know it is and are just earning their pay or people who are just as slimey and nasty as the people at the top who run it. As a girl working there I either had to flirt with the scumbags to stay in the loop or not flirt and be called frigid. I left when it got too much. Best thing ever to happen to me. Got a great job that pays a little less but I don;t feel grotty coming home from work each evening,
The closing of the mags is just the start. They were proving too much work, and getting too much attention from the autorities in the US. The empire is falling. - Whistler replies to GD ExThey were Spending £50k on SEO in one hit with one company, who I have worked with in the past, and they posted on one of the SEO forums about it, warning people to avoid them as they didn't get paid.
I almost feel sorry for them, I notice from a comment above that all the mags have been pulled, and they are doing events only now, perhaps this is a turning point.
Was testing the stats on MeetTheBoss and it seems that they don't automatically update when you refresh, so chances are that those figures are all fudged.
I laughed at one video with 80,000 views over 2000 ratings and only 4 tweets and 2 comments..
These video view literally jump from 0 - 50k in under a month.. the stats don't add up
http://siteanalytics.compete.com/meettheboss.tv/
http://www.quantcast.com/meettheboss.tv (don't event rank them as not enough data)
http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/meettheboss.tv
Alexa shows that only 19% of the traffic is from the US
62% of the visitors only look at one page.
But the biggest scam proof is that only 5% of traffic is referred from search engines. Any website worth its salt would have search referrals above 50%.
it would therefore appear as though someone is inflating the traffic via artificial means, such as botnets,, buying traffic or using a proxy network. At a guess based on the figures above, the fake traffic would account for around upwards of 80% of all the traffic to that site.
Then we take a look at the sites linking in to the Meet the Boss Site
http://www.alexa.com/site/linksin/meettheboss.tv
you will see that its pretty much from comment spamming on blog sites, which is the modus operandi of Indian and Filipino $1 an hour SEO tactics.
type url:meettheboss.tv into google and you will also see that its mostly social networking self promotion, again the sign of poor marketing and bad SEO.
So here is some good keywords for the Search Engines.
"GDS scam" "GDS International" "GDS Events" GDS Summits" "istrategy conference" and lets thrown in the SEO firm in NY that is promoting them "pathinteractive"
Copy and paste the above on every post you make
Now, I don't expect everyone to understand these sort of stats, however I would expect any marketing team worth its salt to actually do some due diligence, clearly vanity is blind to the truth.
Faking circulation is hard to prove, but faking traffic on the other hand, not so easy. - fed up company| 4 replies@Whistler
That is a very impressive list, alot of names on there are familiar and are on the black list at company reception.
What other info can you get? I want to block there numbers and emails as we will get called 5-8 times daily! - fed up company replies to WhistlerSee above
- also pretending to be from another co. replies to fed up company| 3 repliesYeah thats a great list of all THE PRODUCTION STAFF. there lethal on the phone. haha you [***]. Fed up company ye right, hows the easter bunny and santa?
- Whistler replies to also pretending to be from another co.| 1 replyThat is the real names of all the staff including accounting, production, design, sales, editorial etc.
They are all part of the GDS cartel, and are all aware of what goes on. Birds of a feather!
https://800notes.com/news/ny-company-threatens-800notes-via-uk
Still makes me laugh, we have this up on our office wall here.
Easter Bunny and Santa, like GDS were built from years of lies and deceit, I applaud your analogy. Very Freudian I must say. - Whistler replies to WhistlerI forgot to add
"GDS scam" "GDS International" "GDS Events" GDS Summits" "istrategy conference" and lets throw in the SEO firm in NY that is promoting them "pathinteractive" - Neil replies to also pretending to be from another co.actually, that's not true. I worked for Ryan Minshull AKA 'Max Ford', on the same team as Will Troutan AKA 'Bill Cook'. Darryl Huff is one of the glorified telecanvassers as well.
They are not production staff. There are practically no production staff at GDS, as there is hardly anything to produce.
End of - Whistler| 12 repliesHere is some more insider information for all you listeners, including current employees.
James Craven owns 5000 shares in GDS
Ryan Minshull (aka Gigsy, AKA Max Ford) owns 5000 shares in GDS
Spencer of Course is the only other Shareholder.
Speaks a lot about loyalty, considering that none of the other Sales Managers, or Management own any such shares.
Well done Gigsy, how did you manage to swing that? and how crazy is Spencer to have left Craven with 5000 shares also.- Caller: GDS Publishing Events Max Ford

- A replies to notedNo I didn't I wasn't a smart enough pitcher for that. Now tell me 'noted' how do you know
so much about Gds?? I'm betting you worked there for 12 weeks busted ya ass off for a deal, lied, cheated but eventually got sacked because you were [***]?? In other words you wanted to become the scumbag u talk about but werent up to it. - They do replies to Whistler| 11 repliesI have posted here while I worked for them and afterwards and had not had very nice things to say, the reason for that is because the truth about GDS is not very nice. However what you just stated is not true, many other managers have shares in the company, how much they are worth is another issue however, but they do have them....
And to really hammer the point "istrategy scam" should be linked here. What is really funny is that they claim to be social media gurus but vids they released on you tube get no viewings!
PS don't let curiosity get the better of you and watch them as that will only help their hits count, maybe instead tag some videos of discussions on this site instead. - Whistler replies to They do| 4 repliesAll Shares must be held as public information in companies house. Only 3 share holders exist.
Spencer Green
James Craven
Ryan Minshul - Whistler replies to They do| 5 repliesTo add to that point if any other members of GDS think they have shares, then sad to say people, they are not listed and therefore worthless.
If anyone is in doubt then visit companies house and check out the Annual Return.
Everything I post, is fact, and can verify these facts with the Admin here at 800notes.
istrategy scam, I have no idea about that.. the concept seems sound. I have no knowledge of those events, as after my time, but those on the inside claim it to be the same, however that is all heresay as no proof exists YET.
I have pointed the lawyers who registered the trademarks for iStrategy and have also directed them to this site, to bear witness to the reputation of a company using their name.
Also. Some light reading.

Looks like Mr Craven is also on the STATS scam believing his own PR, online stats are all verifiable, so no idea how they think otherwise. One million a month, hmm perhaps One Million a year Mr Craven.
James Craven Asia Correspondent. Mr Craven deserves a whole site dedicated to him alone, but one thing at a time.
