I got this call from this number today saying I have some type of legal action against me and if I don't call something else will happen but I'm going to call my lawyer and make sure it's all fake

Have to laugh at what they told you because that was the SAME EXACT # they WORDING AND CASE # CH76295.  PLEASE, PEOPLE DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY MONEY!!!! Scammers & scum. Need to leave the USA and go back home!!

Received a call today from this number.  Very threatening robo call message.  Tried calling the number back but no answer.  Cannot believe these types of calls.  The message was vague enough to cause concern, but after reviewing what other callers experienced, I realize this is a total scam and I hope the people who do this are caught.  Also, I am on the do not call registry but still get stupid calls like this.

my 82 year old mother received same exact call today !!!  I told her it was a scam before I googled the number.  By the way, our case number is exactly the same!!  HaHa!!  Losers!!!

I have been calls from this number for weeks and when I answer they hang up - today I called back; of course its some foreigner who you can barely understand saying they are from the IRS; I asked to have my name removed from their call list and their response was "What is your name?" I responded "I'm not giving you my name" "Oh its ok we know who you are" and they said "NOLA" right?  and I laughed and said - "Seriously" and he said well we need information" and I said "I'm not giving that to you" and hung up.. I'm not sure who I can report this too but this is sooo annoying that they can keep getting away w/this

Just found a robocall on my answering machine telling me to call this number back, with a supposed "case number", a demand that I put them in contact with my attorney, and a threat that I'll face the consequences if I don't respond ASAP.  I have never been charged with a crime or involved with a lawsuit, as either plaintiff or defendant.  Indeed, I've never gotten closer to a courtroom than being rejected from a jury pool for being a science teacher whose idea of "reasonable doubt" is too stringent for the courts.

Just received a voicemail from an number stating that there is some type of lawsuit on my name.I know that most everyone has a negative opinion of the IRS, but this  number helped me to resolve my problem of tax payment.

Folks, if you receive a threatening phone call about a lawsuit or being charged by the IRS for not paying taxes, hang up on the losers - the IRS will SNAIL MAIL you several times if you actually have a problem with your taxes.  Don't listen to the shills above who are desperate to convince people that the caller is legitimate!
