I received a call from this number on my cellphone.  They said I needed my retained attorney of records to return the call.  I don't have a retained attorney.  I don't need one.  If I don't call this number back or have my attorney call them back then they wished me good luck.  I have no idea what they are talking about so I am not calling them back.  I think it is a scam.  My sister has received these calls too.

I keep getting their calls also from different numbers and area codes same message. I have no collection debts or reasons to believe I need to speak to them. I also believe it's a scam. Once I called back t sounded like a calm ctr in India I hung up. I really want to stop getting the calls I get them daily and it's annoying

Said she was Officer Sara Williams calling from legal dept. of IRS in re lawsuit filed against me regarding can terminal lawsuits filed against me and my case number was CH 72695. Said I had to retain an attorney who had to  get back to her at her # 213-289-3862....if attorney or I did not get back to her immediately that she wishes me good luck as the situation unfolds totally on me.

I received this same message, they said the same thing as above and the case number is the same as fedup. I called back and they said they were the IRS and when I questioned them they could not answer my questions so I hung up on them. It is a scam

They have been calling daily, leaving the same message...Officer Sara Williams, IRS, blah, blah, blah.  I finally called them back, because I'm tired of the calls.  Asked them to kindly remove me from their calling list.  The foreigner responded "would you kindly show me your p*ssy so I can f*ck you".  How can this be stopped?!?!

Keep getting calls about a retained attorney!!

Report to IRS then block the # on your Phone, the IRS will not call, they send a certified Letter

had some fun with them.  I told them i was also from the IRS and asked her for her badge number as she did to me.  Needless to say the call ended quickly after that.

Continue to receive this same recorded message, indicating the issued is at hand and that I need for my attorney to call.  I attempted to call back several times, each time I receive very weird noises but never a person.

It is a major scam. Block them from your phone. And contact your local state attorney  generals office and let them know about the phone calls you're receiving and they will look into it. Keep a record of how many and each day definitely block the number . There is another  scam by these people where they say we are the IRS and we are sending the police out to arrest you and that isn't true because the IRS doesn't send police to get you so don't even listen to that. Again start making contact with your state Attorney General's office.

This is the third time that I have received threats that I am in legal trouble..said to have my attorney call.  So..I am calling as my attorney..will see how they like to have threats at them!!  Am going to tell them that if they call this number again..I will file a harassment suit on them!!!

Need to stop this caller from threats and harassment.
