Received a call .... no one would rely ... Caller hung up.

It says it's direct tv but when you call back it puts you on hold then hangs up

Call at 2:30 pm from 213/289-5504... the left a 2 second blank message. Says it's from the Los Angeles Area.

I received a call with number showing 213-289-5504, when I answered, no one responded and I then got a hangup.

it's a computer generated call from direct tv that for some reason drops you a lot. then on the 3rd call or so a live person will come on with an offer for an upgrade or something (already a customer). My caller ID can't make it out, it says, "LSAN DA 01, CA". Wierd but harmless.

I just received a call from 213-289-5504 during dinner....... The female caller said she was with DirectTV and because I was a valued customer, she was going to upgrade my service to HD for the next month........ I told her to get her facts straight, as I already have the top level package, and NOT to call again.......

I got a call from this number today on my cell phone. They hung up. I don't think it's Directv. My Directv is bundled through Qwest which also has my land line and my DSL. They don't have my cell # as it's through Verizon and not bundled. I've never given Qwest or Directv my cell #. So, since Directv has my landline number and not my cell, how could they call my cell? I wonder if those who got Directv weren't just getting scammed for their address, phone #, credit card to bill upgrades, etc....

THis number has been calling me 2-3 times a day for the last week.  I usually miss the calls and when I do pick up, nobody is there.  We have direct tv, so I'm assuming it's them.  Getting annoyed!

I get a call from this number at least three times a week. They are calling me on my cell phone so I just keep them on reject

This number calls me every other day. Either at noon or 5pm during the drive home. I've never answered it because they don't leave a message and they call when i'm on the road. Very strange.

This number has repeatedly called without a message. I DO NOT ANSWER NUMBERS I DO NOT KNOW AND DO NOT RETURN CALLS FOR WHICH THERE WAS NO MESSAGE.

Am getting really tired of these calls from 213-289-5504.  If it is from DirectTV, as people seem to believe, then I don't need the calls nor want them.  They did not leave a message either time.

I too have received 4 calls in the past week from this number. I have never answered it and the caller never leaves a message. I too have directv and have my services bundled with qwest. I'm assuming that since my 2 year contract is about to expire that it is probably them calling to give me an upgrade and try to lock me in for another couple years....I will repost the result when I try answering this call.

Same annoying issue here. Have been getting seemingly daily calls from 213-289-5504 for at least 2 weeks, probably more. Caller ID says DIRECTV. Just got their service a few months back (November 2010), never had spam calls from this number before. Never anyone on the line when I answer. Called DirecTV customer service to report it and see if they could have me removed from any call lists.
