this number calls me all day long at least five times a day and even calls at 9:30-ten at night. It shows up on my phone as California 213-426-2705. I've tried to answer long before and of course it's nothing or something automated that takes for ever to kick in.

I have been talking to my cousin in Wisconsin for the last half hour and this number has called me three times in that time period. it is 730 pm here in Phoenix

Called 15 times today... No messages. I was at work during the calls. Very annoying!

To All who get this message. This number is from an unknown party, and probably bought or infiltrated phone numbers or personal info from anyone who might have recently serched either government internet sites, such as jobs, civil service testing, or schooling. The callers did get hold of me and wanted to sign me up for free government finacial help. Ha Ha. Money for schooling, paying off bills ect. I'm stand firm on the old saying "If it sounds too good to be true, then 99.9% tells you that it is. Strangely enough, is that this US government grant they keep on talking about are from people who are speaking with heavy acents and I'm sure the calls are not even coming from the US. My advice to all who get these phone calls "don't answer, or better yet call the Federal Trade Comission and report the calls. They specialize in Internet Scams and maybe able to put some light on how to stop these phone calls. One thing I've always done when called by unknown unmbers, or annoying telemarketers is speak an differnt language, or even pretend to speak a differnt language. Techniquely, they are not allowed to call you back and have to dispostion the call as do not speak English. Good Luck to all and I know how annoying these calls are. D. W.

got a calll from this number 213-426-2705.. no body speaks....

m-f randomly all day long it seems up to 5-10 times a day i am receiving calls from this number.  when i answer the phone on the first or even second ring there is nobody on the other line or they simply hang up on me.  i have called the number back on three different occasions and my husband has also call them back and they were told under no certain terms that they were to lose my number and never call back again. since these three attempts to get my number erased it have gotten not one but 7 more calls from them resulting in the same way, hung up on.  i have tried to call them back after these calls and now i am unable to get through to them. i can see if it was once or twice that i get another call from them but not five minutes, hell, not one minute after i have called and been assured that my number will be taken off there list they call me back. is this the way people opperate now a days.  no wonder people are unemployed in this nation. i only want my number eraded from the database that is all. if i continue getting phone calls from this number i will proceed with legal actions.  i really don't want to do that but i feel i have tried to not have to come to this but for some reason the peole that work for this number either don't care or are just oblivious to common curtiousy.  phone harrassment is nothing to mess with so please again lose my number. my number is 330-706-7921 please take it out of the system..

I too am getting calls from this number with the name GlobalReach Int.Like everyone else,I get many,many calls from them in one day.These stupid,low-lives not only call throughout the day,but these brain-dead morons phone calls would be considered illegal/harassment,if we did this to each other.Starting this morning(Oct.19,2009),their first call was @7:52,8:16,8:51,9:10,9:21,9;43.Notice how they call every few minutes?And the day is still young!My husband and I have thought and thought about how they get our number,but even with them maybe getting our number via third part,we still can't come up with an answer.I have been signed up with the no call registry just like everyone else,and it hasn't mattered.I have not registered with anything or for anything over the net or elsewhere,or signed up for anything,so I am puzzled about these calls.So,since the no call registry is just a laugh,I will now answer the phone when these idiots call and blow the loudest whistle into the receiver.If it effects the hearing of the person who is harassing me,then they can get a hearing aid.

I have been getting phone calls all day today (10-19-09) from this number. There was one time that I could hear someone say something, but all they said was "Hello" twice. That was all

These LOW LIFES wanted me to give my credit card number to cover processing for free government grant. I immediately hung up on the dirt bag. I googled 213-426-2705 and found all these comments about this company(Global Reach Int).At least now the phone is not ringing anymore. Dirt bags ought to be shot in the head execution style!

I figure a person's cell phone is for their own personal use not anyone elses. My motto is if it is important enough they will leave a message with ph number to call. If they dont leave a message I dont use up my minutes trying to call them back. Your cell phone is your personal domain, no one elses.

kept getting call from this number. When answered it hung up. I guess all and all I was lucky to be able to nip it in the butt early by blocking number through my carrier. Found your service extremely helpful.

Has called over 20 times in the last 2 days. No one on the other end but no hang up either.

I am getting 25 calls and counting with in the last two hours. and their is nothing I can do. But Im going to try a gov. agency ,They come from la. california so its within our right to shut them down.

What I just did (due to the capabilities of my phone system) is when the number calls, it automatically gets forwarded to (213) 426-2705.
So basically they will be calling them selves from this point forward and not be able to every call me again.

I keep getting phone calls from this number too. Keeps saying that we filled out for a government grant and wants to talk to us about it. We keep saying we're not interested and that it wasn't for a government grant, it was simply us trying to find out about some online college courses so we had to fill out some info about where we where and so on, next thing we know it's people calling us and e-mailing like crazy about financial aid & support and government stuff. They called us almost 30 times today yesterday almost 20 times. I dunno what I can do about it exactly.

They have called me 25 times in two days, before that it was ten times a day I asked VERY politely not to call me and to take me off of thier list.  Now the calls come as late as 11 pm at night and they just hang up as soon as I answer.  I feel like I am being harassed!! Please stop PLEASE!!!

I keep getting phone calls from 213-146-2705. They don't leave a message and often hang up after the 2nd ring. I would love for this to stop!!!
