im so glad i found this site, i got ACCEPTED today to be his Spain assistent, i didnt even need the job so bad, he sais the package has been delievere dy MAIL. How can you send a pre-payment and money for your shopping by regular MAIL?

Im glad i didnt fall for this, but im sorry i sent my CV and adress. He wrote as Raymond Wail, and at the bottom of the text was Raymond Gibbs.

Is anyone after this guy? Did you guys actually received the package????? I didnt give him any bank account number, only my address. What should I do with it if it gets here?

I thought I was applying for legit employment, I have performed these types of errands for professional legit employer's who need assistance. However, something told me to check for a business license with the Better Business Bureau. Sure enough Nothing came up. Then I googled the numbers he gave from Australia and I got this informative website. Thank goodness I did my research.

Got that exact same message. Problem is I went to the point of actually replying to that one, and now I am going to receive a check that I am supposed to use... but luckily I came across this before receiving the check, so now I can just not do anything.

Is there any actual way to report this?

If you guys want to stop this file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. I don't know what they can do but at the very least they can stop this guy--maybe even get lost monies back! Either way the more complaints they have about this guy the sooner he is shut down! I added the link below so its easier for everyone. I came across the same ad in Craigslist but it sounded too good to be true so before I took any money or agreed to do anything for this Ray Wall phone number 424-442-9892 I did a little search and found this blog.  Thank all of you for taking the time to write about your experiences with this guy?  Not really sure if it is a man or woman since the testimonial at http://www.raymondsgallery.com/ and also http://www.raymondsgalleryart.com/ refer to him a both male and female in the testimonial.  Dude or Duddet  get a real job making web pages but I recommend you hire a editor because your oh so phony testimonial gave it away!

I have recently been involved with this scam as well as found on the Chicago Craig's List. It seemed harmless enough, buying art supplies and handling orders. But when his directions were to wire money after sending me an extremely large check, things just seemed fishy. I did an internet search and came up with this website, thankfully.

If you have deposited the check, do not make any of the transfers and call your bank. Mine was very helpful and understanding and even waived any fees that might come on me when the check bounces.

Look out for the names Raymond Gibbs or Raymond Wail.

I'm so glad I Googled him name. I just got the same email reply for employment. The thing that tipped me off the most is that he asked for marital status. Employers are never allowed to ask if you are married/single/divorced. Never. Even if this was a legitimate job, which its not. I knew it was fake as soon as I typed his name into Google and it finished it as "Raymond Gibbs Australia". I'm so sorry others were taken advantage of :/ keep spreading the word!

Ok so I just saw this but i've already sent him the email with my information, after i saw this page i sent another email saying that something came up and i cant do the job anymore. I haven't recieved anything in the mail yet but what happens if something comes what should I do, I'm freaking out!!!! He goes by Raymond Gibbs...

This is literally just happening to me as we speak, I am in contact with him. Luckily I have very smaart family members. He is still going by raymond brooks and is using a James Brooks email and his story is he is in new zeland.
