This # called me 6 times yesterday. And 3 time before 11am today. Funny thing it they don't let it ring all the way to voicemail, they hang up after a couple seconds. My cell number is also registered for the do not call list. I called them back, told them I was going to file charges if they did not stop calling. They are ridiculous.

can you please stop calling my number i have called the police already and if it does not stop i will be calling ita cause i do not like it when people call my phone and hang up and i also feel that is disrepectfull to all people

i actually used to work as a telemarketer.  what happens is they have a computerized list that's generated from a CD ROM of information of names, phone numbers and addresses.  these CD's are not updated so that when they dial that number they could be dialing a recycled number.  someone lost or gave up their number for whatever reason and they reassign that number to a new customer.

I got several calls on my office line in the last 2 days. My assistant answered 2 or 3 times. An individual claiming to be an attorney was asking about me, but became very rude when she asked his name and company.

This number calls has called four times a day for about a week so far. It is very annoying...I answered it too and they hung up.

Received 2 calls before 11:00 am from 213-452-6533 caller ID is Lsandoi, CA.  I answered both times but they hung up on me.  I called the number back and it rang to an Ohio number instead of Ca.
The lady said she has received lots of calls about it and it is a company calling about owing on school grants. I have never applied for a grant and am registed with the do not call list on both my home and cell phone.  Tired of getting these calls

They call,but do not leave a message and when you pick up they hang up.

THEY HAVE BEEN CALLING ME EVERY DAY ALL DAY LONG!  THE LAST CALL WAS 9:44PM AND I PICKED UP AND NO ONE WAS THERE.  NOW I'M NO LAWYER BUT I KNOW THAT IT IS ILLEGAL TO CALL AFTER 9PM.  DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO STOP THIS?????

they called me several times to day and hung up every time i answered. finally @2:39cst there was someone there who said they got my number cause i applied for a grant online, i haven't. she just proceeded as if i didn't even say i had not applied.  i was then mean and we got into a "who's on first" thing regarding her questions on what the grant was for.  kind of funny, not enough though.

Ive been gettin calls from this number for a week now .. Its everyday like every couple hours and they dont stop .. They dont leave a voicemail or anything .. Im sick of these calls along with all of you .. I want this to stop .. What do I do .. plzz Help ...

I received the calls also starting yesterday.  Called multiple times each day.  I read all of the postings regarding this and I agree with all statements.  I think to Do Not Call list works for legitimate business.  Companies that violate this arent legit - just phishing for info.  They appear to be not very efficient scam department.  Why call, then hangup?....seems like a tough way to "issue grants" if you are a telemarketer and dont speak when someone answers.  I ignore the call as I typically do with numbers that I dont recognize.  They can keep calling me....they are wasting their time on me.  We should all start calling that number multiple times per day...then hangup, of course.

These people call about 4 times a day.  If I answer it to tell them to quit calling, they just hang up.  I am on the do not call list, but it doesn't seem to be working.

Just started today and has already called three times before noon.  No one answers and sometimes they hang up before I can answer.  I'm a businesswoman and that is my work phone it is very agrivating to receive these calls.

Good job...I got 2 calls from this number as well and traced it to LA.  It is stuff like this that is wrong with this country.  People mooching off the US government beacuse they found out a way to legitimitly, but unethically get work the grant system. Well as tough as the economy is right now I am not going to mooch off the government to stay financially afloat so other fellow americans are working and holding onto their jobs and pay their taxes, so cheap skates like this A*hole can call me up on a Tuesday night telling me how easy it is to get a grant from the government.  Well one word to this scammer "Get a real job or gat out of our country"  If he calls back I definitely going to block his #.

phone rings every hour sometimes and everyday beginning 7/7/2009 no one says anything; tried to call back and it is busy or put automatically to music

calls started at 6 this mornin and wont stop! hang up everytime i answer really ignoring

They call 11 times a day,I would like it to stop........

The keep calling me! Early in the morning and late at night and throughout the day! I mean I just don't answer but it is getting a little annoying.
