Got a call from this number on August 14 at 4:36 PM. Caller ID said  ROYAL BUS BANK.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message. Instead, I added the number to my call blocker.

I was selected to receive 900 bucks.
Lol, lowballers.

Caller id says "Ticketmaster".  I NEVER answer my phone due to these low life, slime, pond scum, camel dung telemarketers. If it's someone of importance, they will leave a message with a call back number. It;s not an inconvenience to do this and it's much more rewarding to know that I didn't give theses pieces of fecal matter the satisfaction of making contact.  If EVERYONE would just let all their calls go to voice mail we could put these piles of garbage out of business.

Missed call. Caller Id spoofed as "TicketMaster".  They Did not leave message, and that's ok  with me because i have no desire to talk these dishonest people q or call 'em back.

"I am from a computer company and I'm from India" Well, he wasn't that honest but he wanted to help me with my computer. I just hung up. Second call in two days.

I received the same call this morning.  Caller ID said he called from Royal Bus Bank.  Buy the caller said my windows computer was sending red flags.  I could barely understand him and I was busy at work so I just hung up

Called ID said "Royal Bus Bank". (213) 640-3021  I don't have an account there so I didn't answer.  From all of the contributors above, I'm glad I didn't waste my time picking up.

213-640-3021 call from Los Angeles, CA saying my computer was acting up and I should log on so they can help.  I knew it was a scam and went on a four letter word tirade to let him know what I thought of him and his scam.  He then hung up.

Man said he was from the US Grant Department. I hung up him.
This is spam.

Royal Bus Bank, Dumb ass Indian thought this was another stupid American that was  Going to let him go thru my computer. I told him to [***] off

Came up as 1-213-640-3021 under Ticketmaster on caller ID.  I answered and it was someone who wanted to change my electricity service to save me some money.

Royal Bus Bank. has check for "my" new car.

recd call 10:30 am pacific time 1/18/17 comes up Ticketmaster

This multiple scam operation has a whole bank of phone numbers in Los Angeles starting with (213) 640-3021 and ending with (213) 640-3052.  Why can't the State of California shut these people down?  Note:  I've been keeping track of scam phone calls for eight years and keeping track of where they come from.  There are nine states I show have NOT A SINGLE scammer coming from their states:  Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Dakota and Vermont.  How do they do that?  Someone should inquire of those state governments and see how they have prevented scammers from registering or operating in their states.

The callers are located in India and Pakistan.   They spoof local numbers.  There isn't much the US can do and the local governments
do little.   Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.
