Rec'd a call on 11/13/17 at 1:51p but did not answer. My i.d. showed Telemarketer.

If I don't recognize the # or name. I do not answer. Land line so I have my a/m turned off. This way I do not have to keep clearing out all the dropped calls.

Auto call from a LA #  leaving a threaten  message. But gives a New Jersey # to call back on !!! SCAM!!!!!

This is a scam. They call with foreign accents claiming to be from the U.S. Government Federal Loan Program to give you money.  They won't leave messages if you don't answer.  They also tried to call with an unregistered number, but I hung up and they called back as 213-640-3021.

They called and said they were from the Federal grant department or something

The caller had a middle eastern/Indian accent and pretends to be calling from Microsoft. My home computer has a serious virus! I asked who they were calling. "Trying to reach Sam". They are phishing for credit card and bank account numbers from unsuspecting people.

Called me several times from the 3021#. I decided to answer, caller told me that I had been randomly selected to be granted $15,000. From the fed gov. I told him to donate it to my favorite charity, “Hunt Down and Arrest Phone Scammers” (HDAPS doesn’t really exist but it sounds pretty cool). He called me a “damn idiot” and hung up??? Will my charity get the $$$ or not ??

Called and said they were from the government and i had been randomly selected to recieve a $9000 grant. I asked why the gov would just be randomly giving away grants and she told me i was one of 1500 chosen based on paying my bills on time and that sometimes it was because we were low income or single parents. I said the gov does all they can to keep money i find it hard to believe they would be randomly giving it away and then the caller hung up on me.

This phone number has called me at least 6 times a day for the last week! I am sure it is a scam. There are no banks opened on Sunday!  "Do Not Call" 800 number does not even stop them.

This number called claiming there was a warrant out for my arrest because of tax fraud...I registered on the do not call list...these people need to be stopped

This is a scam. Just block the number and move on.

Cell phone. No name on the caller ID, but listed location as L.A, California. Did not pick up. Called the number back and received a "call cannot be connected" error message. On the national do not call registry, it's absolutely worthless.

Male with an unusual accent (most likely attempting to cover a middle eastern accent), called telling me that he was getting “alerts” from my computer and he could help me fix my PC problems.

They keep calling saying that they are from the US Government and want to give me 9,000 and need my address and bank account information. They call atleast 5 times a day and they sound Indian

Left 2 second message, no words.  All the reports above sound as of this is a scam

got a call from "Brandon" an employment specialist on a recorded line (what he actually said) His call dropped before he could even say whom he was with. I was looking for a job a while back and was even getting scam and bogus offers. they are hitting up online job boards like indeed.com and more. my spam is filled with junk like this. so - yeah, im sure what Brandon had to offer was not what we'd call "legal".

They call me every single day.  It’ comes up as California!  An when I have picked up they tell me that they are from the US government grants and I had been selected to receive a lot of money.   When I asked who they were looking for guy had a really heavy accent and didn’t even pronounce my name right.  So I said no you have the wrong person.  The minute I said that the guy started screaming and cursing at me like a psychopath.  I mean really I make it so that my cell phone can’t get blocked calls and I get 12-15 calls a day from solicitors.  An when you call the numbers back says not in service!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM BS!!!!  BEWARE!
