Called too @ 2:25 on 12/21 did not answer, I don't know anyone in Dallas,Texas.

This number was NOT sourced in Dallas, TX; it's REAL location is Southeast India--so the AMERICAN Do Not Call Registry WILL NOT WORK AGAINST this tele-scammer. It's best your phone's voicemail service handle these anonymous or unidentified long distant numbers; the scammers normally hang up and the few who TRY using a pre-recorded message are amateurs with an easy to recognize idiot scam.  Evidently, they've spent most early December along the Northeast U.S.; now, they're focusing along the South ( Florida through Nevada? ) and they use one of 3 different tele-scams:

1) The old classic "Microsoft tech support" scam--hoping to fool elderly 'marks' with disclosing their credit card info as payment for "remote scanning services" of their computer. These scumbags go one further---and walk the "client" through the steps to also connect their computer to THEIR control!!

2) The "Green Dot" scam. Scammer has you call a "toll free number" ( this lists your home number on a "hot tip sheet" for future scam calls ), where the other scammer tries to get your credit card information, so to purchase "Green Dot" cards that purportedly can be used world-wide to settle overseas based debts.

3) The Solar Panel scam. If scammer scumbags call with this one, they're getting desperate. Basically, it's another attempt at getting your credit card or checking/savings account number as payment for home solar panel installation; again ALWAYS let your phone's voicemail service handle these foreign scumbags.

And NEVER CALL THEM BACK!!  Remember: That PHONY U.S. based phone number IS a overseas phone number---you call that and you MIGHT get hit with expensive overseas long distance calling fees on your phone bill!!

This IS a scam: They NEVER leave messages---and they can keep wasting THEIR MONEY calling my phone's voicemail service!! If everyone in the U.S. did as I do---they'd be NO tele-scamming enterprise!!

Told the b*tch we are on the dnc list, she got aggressive about solar something.  Told her to %^&*()_ herself, blocked the number.

Fracking sick of these morons.  Blocked the entire area code 214 in TX. If they are legit telemarketers they are breaking Federsl laws as all my phones are on DNC registry.  Of course Feds don't take action against them.  If they are not legitimate telemarketers and are scam scum (which is what I believe them to be) there is a special place in hell waiting for them. In the meantime I block them all and as soon as my blocker is full I will have the phone lines removed from my home and will save to my favor all the way around.

Recd call today 3/8/17 but didn't answer. Left no message.  Caller ID only says Dallas TX. On do not call list, blocked!!

Calls and remains silent when I answer with static in the background.  Has called before.

this number called my phone today and nobody was on the other end of the line.  PLease…why can't our government do something about these thugs who have robbed us of our right to not have phone calls from crooks coming into our own homes.  We pay for our phone service so we can talk to friends and family and have it on hand for emergencies. please all your senator and representative and your governor and tell them that it's their job to stop them.

Why would someone in "Texas"  (India) be calling Maryland about Solar. What a bunch of morons. What are they going to do ship the Solar Panels. They just want you Crest Card or Bank info to steel your money. Let it go to voice mail.  They usually hang up the GOOBERS

This toilet paper smear stain has repeatedly called me in reference to solar power. I have told them about twenty times I am on the do not call list, and they call me back from a different number.

Received a call from these scammers at 9:20 PM and they left no message. Called them back and requested that my number be removed from their call list. "Paula" hung up on me so I blocked their number. Suggest you all do the same. I don.t know how these folks can sleep at night!

"Hello, (my full name),  I'm calling from Loan Solutions..."  I hung up.  Scammers.
