They go by the name "solar solutions'.   When I asked to be taken off of their list, the man said, in a very heavy accent, 'go to hell'.
Avoid this scam.

NEVER CALL BACK an unknown number. Often you call back and an operator answers the call and puts you on hold. You think all is legit but after a couple of minutes,  no one comes on the line so you hang up. An American area code phone number (like Dallas) may actually patch you through to an international phone number and you will see a charge of $20 on your next phone bill and usually an additional $9 for each minute you were on the line. You then have to watch your future phone bills to make sure they're not cramming (adding a small monetary amount to your monthly bill that most people don't even notice).

Also a lot of these scammers spoof numbers so you think they're calling from your own area code. Don't be curious and call back. Google the number for more info.

Calls claiming to IRS and a warrant has been issued for tax evasion. All BS...scam, hung up on me when I asked too many educated questions
