Received received "The Society", "Membership Invitation Certificate" stating the inside secrets will absolutely change my live with enormous wealth, love, luck and prosperity.  This is a Free Membership and must be postmarked before a certain date.  Then checked on the internet and it is there.  So many scams today via mail or internet.

I got this 10 page letter perforated at the bottom and top, so I knew it came off of one of those old fashion stacks of paper that rolls into a printer. I haven't seen anyone use that in over twenty years, so this told me this letter probably came from some Third World country.

I was so special because of my character that they were offering me this invitation to become a member of an elite group of wealthy called "The League."

The letter was from Bill, no last name and no signature. So I typed in large font and taped it onto the page, "If this is Bill Clinton you can stuff it where the sun doesn't shine.  You're wasting Mother Earth's natural resources. Do not contact me again. And get a job while you are at it you arrogant AH." And I did a white out on my name and address at the bottom of the page before I faxed it back.

Someone in the comments on this scam said that the fax didn't work. So I'll give it a whirl.  

Just received this 10 page letter today saying to join "The Society" to become rich, etc.....googled it and found this message board....sounds like this person is sending to bunches of people and none have gotten any good out of it! Scam!!!!

i just got the letter too and wasted my time on reading it. Thanks God I had the curiosity Google to check from where  this scam is coming. Texas as usual(not the first time).can we report them?  Btw , liked all comments about this letter. Thanks.

Most of you need to learn ENGLISH! This letter is probably a scam! If you want to improve your station in life, stop speaking like you grew up in the woods in a tree house after being raised by wolves.

My wife and I got the letter, which was addressed to my wife's 93-year-old aunt who has Alzheimers.
Of course, I knew right away it was a scam, but I have experience in direct mail and so I read through the letter out of curiosity.
As a direct mail piece, it is a masterpiece. It covers every objection a person has, it sells again and again and again.
People experienced in advertising know that "long copy sells." In other words, if you can get someone interested, get them to read your lengthy text, then if your text is good, you can convince them. This letter is a perfect example of that.
Here's a quote from a woman who got involved in this scam:
The Neo-tech secret society got in contact with me in June 2008. When I read the first letter I was kind of excited. At the time I was going through a lot of turmoil in my life. My 18 year old daughter had just moved out against my wishes. My husband and I was going through trials and tribulations. I had just bought a house we were also going through financial difficulties.When I got the letter I thought maybe things are gonna get better. I thought they were actually gonna help me. I thought it was gonna be free so I said to myself Why not? So after reading the first book they sent me a letter saying I HAD TO PAY for The Inside Secrets 139.99 then I would become rich and famous. My husband told me not to do it, at the time I was living paycheck to paycheck so I really couldn't afford it at all, but I went behind his back and paid for the book anyway. When I was almost finish reading The Inside Secrets they sent me another letter saying I had to purchase the Inner Circle Secrets or my membership will be canceled. That book was 99.50 at this point they had me gone I was really thinking I was gonna become rich. So stupidly I purchased that book too. I didn't get anything out of the book. I was reading all day though. All my spare time was now dedicated to reading. My family wanted me to stop reading because in the book it says that there is no God, and they said my attitude had changed. I had become this really strict and mean person. Again I received another letter saying I had to pay for yet another book that one was called Annabella's Secret and they stated this would be the last book I would have to purchase then and only then I could start my meetings. So once again I paid 99.50 for another book. Well after reading the book for about 2 weeks I called them to ask when my meetings would begin, and they gave me a web site to go to, and request for my meetings to start. Well to make a long story short it has been 4 mts, and I still haven't attended any meetings. The other day I called the Secret Society to request my money back, and they gave me an address to send the books back to, but I know thats over 300.00 worth of books I paid for, and I will never be compensated. I just wanted to share my story so other poor people like me won't get scammed. This is a ripoff. Nothing has changed in my life, and i am certainly not rich. If anything I feel humiliated, ashamed, and stupid. Usually I am a sensible person, but they seemed to say just what I needed to hear. This company should be closed down. They just wanna sell their books, but there's a way of doing that without lying, and scamming poor people. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. Our government shouldn't allow this type of thing to happen to people. Be warned this is a scam.

How about calling the postmaster inspector and sending them the ifo. This is what I am doing.
They will send you a questionnaire to fill out. I am going to report this ASAP as I have all of my paperwork.
Something needs to be done about these low people that are trying to scam the citizens of the US.
Happy that all I have read no one has actually fallen for this scam of scams.

i got the same folder, read it and instantly got chills.  i think it was my god warning me.  anyway heere is what i did first i told every body.  it said secret, right?  then on back of the final page i told them what looks too god to be true is.  i told them i already have a loving family.  just enough money to get by and am very blessed by my god.  i do not want power over anyone and if they knew me as well as they say they do, they would know that

guess what?  yesterday 2/3/14  i got another folder.  i do not have a clew what it said except i supposedly owe them $139.  i think that is the amount.  

i checked after the first time and found it was a scam.  i knew that already, but i just wanted to be sure i wasn't

paranoid.   these things are scary.  how do they pick us out of millions?  how many of us have been tagged for this scam and how many actually fall for it?    i pray, god in heaven please find them and take them out before someone gets hurt or already has been hurt financially.

yes, I received the letter on 02/06/2014 and have went thru all of this before trust me it is not worth it!!!

I received 11 pages letter that includes the "Membership Acceptance Fax/Mail page". I see through it, and I searched Google of course. I do not know how scammers found me, but I believe there cannot be anything else but scam. By reading the above I only can confirm it. Of course I am not sending back anything. At least, why so reach, and so famous need me, in secret society, while telling me, at the same time, same letter, how ordinary I am?

Hey everyone just got the letter today in the mail. Talk about getting straight the point, gotta say they were pretty accurate but I'm assuming that's probably 75 percent of America that's going through this so called "wanting to better my life" so being that we have a s*** load of snow here in New York State I'm going to gladly take these 10 pages and start a nice fire being its kinda of chilly in the house.

All lies perfectly phrased to separate you from you're money.

Scammers...A Truth: You shall reap what you sow!

It sounds like I got the same letter in the mail.  Oh, about 10 pages long I think.  Belonging to several secret societies already I wasn't much impressed.  But since I had not heard of them before I decided, check it out!  I was already well off.  And was used to spending thousands on dues and such annually anyhow.  I thought I'd take my chances and see how far this goes.  In the beginning are "steps", actually a series of steps, to weed out 99% or more.  Many won't take the first step to send back the invitation and as it goes more are thrown out by giving up.  The reason most fail in life at things is they just can't take action or justify spending "X" amount to better themselves.  I however, being disciplined, did arrive amongst those the society talks about in the letter.  It definitely is not for most people.  Most people want things but are too lazy to pursue their dreams at any cost.  This is no different.  If you want more in life you won't get it doing the same thing you are now.  It takes stepping out on a leap of faith.  I feel so blessed to add what I've learned from the association  to my already blessed life.  It allows me to help others.  I'm not obsessed by wealth but this fulfills my making a difference in others lives.  It has been a wonderful Journey to which I am forever grateful to this society.  

I stumbled across this forum and thought I'd leave this after reading the disheartening negative notes others left.

I received a letter yesterday(3/24/14) telling me the same thing. That i have until 3/28/14 to respond after that I won't get another chance.

yes I got this bs letter,glad I Google it work of the devil.

It's odd the material has so many grammatical errors. I'm sure rich individuals have executive secretaries. Smile. It is good fanciful reading.

i got the same letter today. I do not understand if its a free secret to success  then why didn't they send the free secret with the letter in the first place, so  if the receiver of the letter is willing to join organization,then don't charge any money until he or she become successful like them, at least you will  see if it works ,something like a free trail ,also if the members of the  society club is rich they can afford to do that. other wise they will be getting rich from poor people like me if i go through with it. i just
shredded my letter up. I believe in GOD blessings if we don't receive our blessing here on earth we will receive them in heaven if we live right. Be bless everyone and good luck.

Got same letter as those who write and complain here.  Glad I am NOT alone, but, sad this continues and no one is stopping.  Maybe "60 MInutes" or other such investigating team need to expose and, at least try to shut down.  If from Nigeria, will be hard, but harder things have been tried..and succeeded..after time and persistence.

My family has been going through a hard time. It was in the legal news so they sent this letter thinking we were so broken we would fall for this....NOT!
