does anyone know if blocking these numbers will help.  I just blocked the number by pressing *60 and entering the number on my "do not accept call from this number list" just wandering if this will help. It cant hurt. They are driving me and my family crazy !

Stop calling me West Asset and pay your $2.8 million fine!

I am getting calls from West Asset Management 214-506-7148.  I DO NOT owe anyone money, please have them stop calling me, I am a senior citizen 79 years old and retired 15 years ago and have a great credit rating.  This is stress and if they do NOT stop I'm going to the Attorney General.

I just called the 1-888 # for billing and told the man that I was 79 years old and didn't owe anyone anything.  He looked up my phone number and asked for a person other than myself.  I told him I had only had this # a couple of years and he was very kind.  Apologized and took my name off of the list.  He said sometimes the phone company does NOT update their list.  Worth a call if they keep bothering you.  Very nice man.

Received several calls from this number. Call back to find out who they are.... West Asset Mgmt but they would not tell me what they wanted. I have no debts so don't know if they are calling the wrong person or how they got my number when it is unlisted. I am also on the DNC list. I have contacted the PUC (Public Utility Commission) and will file a complaint with the Attorney General.

This number calls daily and they never say anything, it is my my mom's home phone and she is very ill, this is upsetting to her as she has no idea who it could possibly be.  Caller ID says West Asset MGMT. I would appreciate any help in this matter. Thank you.

What 1-888 # are you talking about?

A woman ask for someone who does not live at my number and I tried to tell her this , but very billigerant stated we only want who we called and then hung up.

It is West Asset Management. My best advice is to let them talk to the voicemail. Do not give them the chance to find out that there is a live voice/human being on the other end of the line. My wife answered their call several months ago and they were looking for somebody we never heard of. Now they have called 24 times in the last 25 days, anywhere from 8am to 9pm, every day of the week (Saturdays and Sundays included). They are a "dangerous" debt collection company. Just read the other posts here. Do not answer the phone! You could open up a can of worms! Do not become a horror story!

West A**es Management- Hee...hee....It is so fun to mess with these yahoos. Good luck to them getting money from someone that's terminal. I don't give a damn, they can blow me. Little joy in life I have left is messing with them.
Entertaining for me, actually gives me something to do while I am awake.
