Same here. They say the were from Bank of America and they wanted to "monitor my credit score."

Called several days in a row without leaving any message. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.

I was called by this number and on my caller id it did say Bank of America, I checked with the bank and they said the number was not one of theirs.

I keep on getting calls from this number.Caller ID says Bank Of America..

I just started getting calls from this number a day ago. I just got a call again at 4:04 pm PST. All I get is a dailtone. Maybe an affiliate of Bank of America? Whatever it is, it's annoying.

2 days after getting my new # from Comcast I got a call from this #.  Said something in Spanish after I said hello, and I only understood "por favor".  I told them they had the wrong #, and then she spoke in good English that she was sorry. Caller ID said Seagoville, TX.  Call time 9:18AM on Sat AM. 9/4/10

Caller ID says Bank of America. It's probably a third party affiliate with BofA trying to get you to sign up for their stupid pointless offer. Annoying!

i keep getting calls from this number stated they are from bank of america trying to sell me life insurance when asking questions they ignored me and kept reading a script  told them to stop calling they have not stoped this is the 9th call from them  it seems to be a scam wanting my information

This number keeps calling me also. I have the same info as everyone else. I am calling the phone co. to see if they can be blocked.

In the past week and a half, they have called about 4 times.  I assumed it is probably Bank of America (via a company they hire), starting a September calling campaign to sell something.  They are the only telemarketers I have calling, and the stupidest part is that its probably because I'm a bank customer.  Boycott bank of america.

I got a third called from the 1-214-506-7160 and a spanish speaking lady spoke,

We've been getting calls from that number for weeks. They won't leave a message and we won't pick-up a unknown call!!! Wish they would go away!!!!

I've been getting calls from this number a couple of days in a row. Does not leave message on machine.
I'm also on the "do not call list".

Any way to report this number?

Says on the caller ID, Seagoville, TX  - they call 3-4 times a day and I never answer it.  I guess I better start answering it and tell them where to go.

Same to the above.  THey have called me about 10 times in the past week with no message.  I too do not pick up from numbers that I do not know.  I will block this number from my phone and advise all of you to do the same.  THanks for the emails

They annoy mne every day. No one ever responds when I answer.

I receive about 5 calls per day from this phone number. I answered twice and they asked to speak to someone who doesn't live at my residence. I demanded that they take me off the call list and they continue to call. Sometimes when I answer they just hang up on me without saying a word. I called back and could not get a direct response from anyone. I had to follow a series of touch tone responses to finally talk to a representative who told me there was nothing he could do to help me. I am currently a Bank of America customer but will be closing my accounts with them since this is the latest in a long series of charades I have had to put up with involving this bank. This kind of harassment is unacceptable.
