These guys called me about 12 times May 8=9 with alll the threats the posts have described. My attorney called them, asked to speak to a lawyer, and they hung up on him. I notified Lifelock, and will file a complaint with my local police department Thursday. Also I will file a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau - www.consumer finance.gov

What a bunch of [***]!  These people have been calling me for a week.  same threats everybody else is getting.  Arab or Indian or Pakistani or whatever.  Couldn't hardly understand him.  Told Him he was full of sh** and he could go ahead and send the police and I would point them his direction.  He refused to let me speak with an american or at least somebody who speaks decent english.  I was politely told to go to hell, and hung up on.  The United States constitution states that we are to not have to deal with harassment.  I guess they don't teach that in the schools of Afghanistan!

they still keep calling and i have reported this 2 times i even threatened them with the police and they still call me how do you make them SSTOP

Calls me several times daily at my work and cell numbers.  Very rude, cannot understand much of what he says but he says they will tell everyone my SSN and are coming to arrest me.

this just happend to me on yesterday and they told me that if I dont pay I would be a warrant out for my arrest today! This has got to stop from these damn people!

These punks really messed up. I got 4 calls from these t**** heads. In a call center claiming to be from the office of Brandon Jackson and DRNC Law Firm, investigations department. I got 3 calls 5/08/12 one at my office and the other 2 on my cellphone. I am actually a lawyer!!! I called them to ask what this was about and that I was a lawyer and I wanted to speak to somebody. They hung up on me. Then I got another call on my cell phone from the same gentleman that has been calling me. So I called back and asked what this was about again. The guy kept saying which number did we call you on I said the one I am on now. I am the lawyer of the person you contacted. Then he hung up again. I called back 7 times and got hung up on all 7 times. Then I called from my cellphone again saying I was the lawyer of the person you are trying to contact, he said well have your lawyer call us I said I am the lawyer buddy. He said well f**k you you son of a b***h. Now when I call back on my cell the hang up on me. I am filing a complaint with the FTC on their number. My assistant can not find anymore information on their so called company.

My advice is too file a complaint with the local autorities and also from the city they are calling from. Also if you mention a lawyer or sending a letter they back down and start hanging up on you.

so my husband gets a call from theese people claiming to be the police... when i picked up the  phone they asked for my husband and like any other normal person i said who's speaking.. i think they thought i said it's me who's speaking.. clearly my husband has a man's name but they think im him and starts telling me i have a lawsuit against me and they need my lawyers name and phone number.. WTF.. SO THEY START GOING ON AND ON ABOUT A LOAN I GUESS, THAT MY HUSAND NEVER APPLIED FOR BACK IN MARCH.. THEY HAS THE LAST 4 OF HIS SOCIAL AND ONE OF HIS BANK ACCOUNT NAMES.. IM NOT A DUMMY FROM A LONG RUN SO AS FAST AS THEY WERE THROWING IT TO ME I WAS THROWING THEM RIGHT BACK.. A MARSHALL (I GUESS) got on the phone rude as he can be trying to scam me.. but like i said it didnt work... he asked for the lawyer's number and name once again... i told him that my father was a lawyer and i will give him a call to let him know whats going on and as quick as i said that he said ok... do so or your going to jail; at 5:30 pm tonight...and then he hung up..LOL WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK IT'S ALWAYS BUSY.. I CALLED THE B.B.B. ON THEM AND THEY HAVE THE NUMBER LISTED AS A SCAM... ALWAYS REMEMBER * IF YOU CALL A NUMBER BACK THAT JUST CALLED YOU AND IT'S BUSY ALLL DAY OR IT''S NOT A WORKING NUMBER.. they called my job demanding for them to put me on the phone. I do not work in the office. They called about 5 times back to back cussing and yelling and the ladies in the HR department saying if they dont give me up im going to jail and that theya re coming with me. The i called them and they were yelling and just very rude and they hung up on me. after they saif i was oging to jail tomorrow at noon and they were coming for me.

They are still calling!  I am gonna tell them my dad is an air force colonel and he is gonna order a drone strike on their [***]!

Who are these people and why do they continuously call.  I do not respond but they call 5 to 10 times a day.

my fiancee has been getting these stupid calls saying she took out a loan online and they are calling her and telling her that if she dont pay them they are going to take her to court and put her in jail when she asked them who the lender was they would not give her any info all they have is her social security number they have called at least 4 to 7 times already tired of these childish people the last time they called she told them that she has a lawyer and she is going to take legal action against them which they replied "who's your lawyer? your boyfriend? and then hung up next time these quacks call im going to answer and tell them where to go and how to get there

This guy called my work and told me that his a officer and I. Have crimial charges for a pay day loan when I told him I have call the fbi he hung up on me

214-771-7151 This is a scamming company from India.  I told the caller I was not going to give a message to the person they were calling for, told him where he could go, and I hung up. The guy actually called me back and said, "I want to go to hell with you.  I like your voice."  He admitted to me that it was a scam from India, but said, "Will you give me money anyway?"  This guy phoned me every day for months trying to flirt with me.  If I hung up on him he would phone back from another number, then another number, then another number, all showing area codes from different states.  He would even make the caller ID show that it was my own business phoning me.

I get calls all day  long that I need to pay 725.00 or I will  be arrested by a sheriff

I have two voicemails from 214-771-7151, its very hard to understand him but he kept saying he's from the police dept of the bureau of investigations the law firm! What a [***]! The LAW FIRM of investigations? Come on now, plus I was thinking surely nobody in America gave a non English speaking Arab a badge... Ha ha, he wanted to speak to me or my attorney so I called back pretending to be a lawyer. He didn't like it very much and eventually just hung up on me. I haven't heard back yet. Does this guy really think this works? And if they use the same number over and over how come nobody is able to track it?

Unfortunately I fell for their scam...Working on getting the money back now....another company called the day after and tried the same thing...its all a big scam.

I just got a call from this number and the person claimed to be a police officer and gave me a bond number of 1289.
