again, unknown name.  calls... waited a minute this time...hung up.  Harassment call.  I asked to be taken off their number in an earlier call when the usual woman came on... she got belligerent.  Sometimes it's a man, then there are the times they hang up.  Sometimes it's "Spark" sometimes it's Microsoft...

215-381-5815. Sometimes Spark Energy. Sometimes a hang up. Calling for months. Three times just today. Trust that God will punish these psychopaths since our justice system prevents us from doing anything to punish them.

Keep this person from calling. please thank you.

FOP - Fraternal Order of Police, not even in my community, wants to sell tickets to some event for children.

We need to demand a "Right to Know" act that provides public access to the names and locations of harassers who accumulate such massive complaints. Then law enforcement needs to "look the other way", just as they do for these attackers, while the victims provide their own justice.

I have received 8 phone calls for this number 215-381-5815 from 1/29/14 to 2/1/14. No one says anything and then line hangs up. I attempted to call the number back but a message comes in the it is an invalid number.  We r on the DO NOT CALL LIST and need these calls to stop.

"spark" company wants to get me better electric rate. Called wed, thu, fri, sat sometimes twice. I have asked each time I spoke with hem to put me on internal dnc list, then they just hang up. A call back tells me the number not in service.

Caller ID says out of area but lady said she was from  "SPARK" and need to speak to the person who pays the electric bill because they want to lower my bills.  I said I don't want to change my provider - didn't give her a chance to reply. I have reported this number repeatedly to FCC. Hopefully they keep this crap on file but I did disconnect my landline starting Feb. 28 because of this nonsense. I have much more control over my cell phone (ie blocking numbers). I am sick of paying for the landline and the harrassment.

Liz, I came here to read the comments because they are so awfully arranged and sometimes so stupid, I get a kick out of reading them. Yes, many are uneducated and they simply don't care. I like reading the ones where they think they are replying to the folks who called them. "Stop calling me!". Then, there are the one's who give an elaborate story without a period "i was about to leave work when they called i dont even have a bill wit them so why they call me the lady speak english that i couldnt understand what do i owe you stop calling me!"
Anyway, try to find the humor otherwise, gray hair.

You can be on the DO NOT CALL list and still be called. Why? Because no one reports these companies like they are supposed to. It's easy to whine about it but you need to do more. Report the number to your attorney general. A few keystrokes and mouse clicks. Maybe a lot less. It's worth it.

I have several calls on my cell phone from this number. I answer and say hello and it just disconnects. I have had 3 in the last week from the same number. And you cant call them back.  No one ever answers yet they call each day. I re-registered on the Do Not Call list again 2 weeks ago. Please stop the calls!

This dumbass stays calling my home #. I don't answer anymore because I cannot understand a word that comes out of his mouth. I just like many am on the do not call list. I think this person must have hacked the do not call list or something.
Also, I am completely sure that this person is a huge scam artist. Trying to piggyback off of your computer so they can get to your personal files. They need to stop! I am going to fill out an FBI report on them for phone harassment and scamming. I have done it before.

I keep getting calls from this number. If I answer, the phone line is dead.  If I let it go to the answering machine, nothing.  Not even the click from disconnecting the line.

To the person who mentioned Comcast.....  I think you hit the nail on the head.  I have Comcast and I get calls on a second number that I have never used; I answer because I am paid to answer the phones at this business regardless of recognizing the number or not.

Also, like some of the other posts I was told I had a computer problem.  My ip address was spitting out spam they claimed.  I acted dumb, asking several questions to make the caller believe that I was an idiot, and then asked what my ip was.  When he could not provide the ip address that was ruining the whole internet he got made an hung up.
