 CID showed "Out of area".

  This number is now blocked on our phone.

Same here...Called just before 9:30am on President's day. They left no message. No surprises here.

I also gt this call. Spoke to the person is from Plymouth rock energy co. Gave their toll free nbr which is 855-381-5815. My suggestion is call them as much as possible from public phones which each call cost them  about 30 cents each

The one common denominator is regardless of the # or pitch they are all scam's trying to steal your money, Wake up people never give ANY information to ANYONE who calls you.even if it's a company you do business with (spoofed #'s), call them directly at their legitimate contact # on your statements if you need too. NEVER CALL them at a # they give you! . Dead air calls and hang ups are computer generated ROBO DIALERS either confirming a live phone # or waiting to route the call thru 10 countries to the end low life scammer in some 3rd world  country that the Feds cannot or will not do anything about. Not answering the call will not stop these calls as once they have your # in their ROBO DIALING system they will just keep coming even if you talk to they [***] and tell them to stop!!!!!

This morning at 9am I got the WINDOWS scam for the 10th time in 2 weeks, I finally lost it and told the scammers in quite explicit language how he was born, lol within 1 hour I got the call from the above #  from Pa with an American accent claiming to be offering me a lower energy plan (obviously escalated to  a level 2 scammer, lol)  Reporting these #'s and fake company names is a waste of time, Due diligence is required. What  is really the criminality here is the companies that legally sell the spoofing #'s. This is where it needs to be stopped and  they need to be shut down. How can it be legal to protect their clients privacy while violating ours.  The Attorney General should be investigating their right to do Business as well as their costumer base if it's ever going to STOP! So stop blogging and call your local Congress Representative if you want it to stop!

someone from this no. calls my house at least once a day and usually doesn't even leave a message.  I picked up today and a really rude man said I need to speak to the person who handles the gas and electric bill.  I said she's not here right now.  He said well tell her to call me ASAP or else.  No name and no phone no.  screw that.

Yes, I received about 6 calls in the last 2 days.  When I answer, there is silence on their end.  They do not leave a message.  When I called back it said this number was no longer in service.  Odd because they just called me.  This must be a scam.

Received 7 phone calls from this number twice I answered and no one spoke , neither human nor electronic
Very annoying!!!!!!!!

When this call came in it rung twice,  and I answered no one on the line.
I called it back and the computer prompt indicated the 215 381-5815 has not been assigned yet!

Caller only says "Goodbye" then hands up, female voice..😠
