Definitely Philipino scum. As always, I asked them to hold for 3-5 minutes while I get someone to help. As long as they're on hold with me, they're not scamming someone else.

They called at least ten times today and couldn't tell me why they needed to "update my information" for "SearchGreen.net" or what the website was.

Harassing calls, ten times a day

I finally decided to answer the call. They said they were updating our business info and all I had to do was say "yes" to the prerecorded questions. Name, number ,address etc. Then there was time when the recording went through a bunch of information and the "Supervisor" was talking over it (so I couldn't hear) telling me I just had to say "yes". When I asked if I could hear what the recording said, they hung up on me.

Please stop unwanted telemarketing

They keep calling over andover for some sort of companyu update information verification.  Very annoying and persistent.  Can hardley understand what they are saying becaue of their middle eastern accents.

We are a business and were harassed by these phone calls all week.

So far the have called my company 10 times today. They keep looking for the company that had a number before us. I know a scam when i smell one and this it

lol We should all just keep calling their number and talk gibberish or mubble into the phone.. over and over again! Let them have a taste of their own medicine. heck, I don't pay for long distance (incl in my phone service) so why not. After all, we are only calling them back since that is the polite thing to do when someone calls.

Just received 6 calls in a row.  The man was looking to confirm a place of business.  When I said i was not a business, he told me that was not true.  I hung up.  Then received 5 more calls, both of which I let the answering machine pick up.  The man just kept saying hello, hello,  this is a business.  Wow.

Just got a call from those idiots. I'm glad I came here because now I know what they said.

I'd like to make a compromise about call centers: I'm willing to press 1 for English in exchange for a rule that all call center employees have to speak English.

Ended up getting three more calls. The first additional call (second total) was barely intelligible and I asked if they were sure they had the right number. They asked who I was and I gave them a fake name. Next call I was able to make out that they were verifying the information for the business so I told them it was a residence. They called one more time and asked for the business that used to have our number and I said they had the wrong number.

I've gone a half hour without hearing from them. Hopefully that holds up. If not I'll give them a bunch of fake information (I checked out the business that used to have the number and it no longer exists so I wouldn't be hurting them.)

Searchgreen.net - or something like that.  they keep calling here again and again.  so far (within 3 hours) they have called at least 8 times.  I just pick up and hang up without saying anything.  a few weeks ago when they called, I challenged them - I played games with them - pretended that I was clueless, confused, gave them false information, told them that they got my phone number wrong (even though they just called ME!... etc...  THEY actually hung up on ME!!!!   but they still call every day - several times!   I just ignore them - who has that kind of time?  they are definitely telemarketers and even though the person on the line doesn't realize that they are scamming the public - the company they work for is scamming the public - otherwise they wouldn't have a motivation to keep calling.

I'm receiving several calls a day with hang ups when I don't answer...Very disrupting to my business.

No message left.  I have received two calls from this number that I'm aware of.

Interestingly, perhaps unrelated, one minute prior I had received a call from a different number, an 888 number (didn't get the entire number), and it reeked of a Credit Card / Identity Theft scam.  It was Crystal at "FTA" and they were calling about my merchant services account.  I played dumb and asked what does FTA stand for (got a mumbled, fast-spoken response).  She kept asking if I was aware of which account she was calling about.  I asked her what did the account end with.  She kept throwing it back to me, and I kept throwing it back to her.  When I asked her what was the phone number she was calling from the line was disconnected (or she hung up).

NO WAY I would give out an account number.  Plus I don't even have a merchant services account for my business.  So there!

Surely a scam.  If I hadn't received the call from the 215 number before I could do a call-block or capture the ID, you bet not only would I have blocked it, I would have reported it in detail everywhere.

Sounded like someone for India.  Said they were updating.  Told him our company was not interested and I hung up.  He had the audicity to call me right back and said "listen to me".  l hung up on him.  Needless to say they called back after 5 and we were already gone.

Just had a very aggressive phone call from this company - search green - saying they wanted to update my listing on their site.  I told them over and over again that I did not want to be listed but she kept saying that they were mandated by the Better Business Bureau to update the information.  She also told me that, if I did not give them the information, they would keep calling me back over and over again.  I hung up on her and she called straight back saying that she was mandated to do this call and I had to give the information.  There was a man's voice making a statement that they wanted me to agree to but she kept speaking over it so I told her that I couldn't hear what he was saying and would not be agreeing to it. She told me that I would hear an amount of $49.95 but not to pay any attention to it and that I would get something in writing in 7 days to see if I wanted to upgrade to this service.  She kept saying that she would be calling me back over and over again if I didn't give her the information so I told her that if she called me again I would be calling the police.  
She then hung up.

Is calling often (every day or so). Based on the reports here, I am not answering. I've saved them with a name of "Junk" so a quick glance at my reported caller ID lets me know not to answer.

I am on the do not call list.......
