Hey, you better change your account number they will take all of your money each time you put money in. I just start getting calls from this number and a couple of other numbers but the same people a scam that all this is about

I received a call from this number (215) 621-8271 and they said that I owed CNC financial loan money for a loan I supposedly took out in 2012 from my yahoo account. The man proceeded to tell me that he wanted my lawyers contact information for the hearing that was going to take place the following day where federal charges were going to be filed against me. He then stated that I could speak to the legal department to settle outside of court. I asked to hear the amount total from the affidavit and he told me that there wasn't one. I told him how I work in the court system and know for a fact that an affidavit has to have a total amount for the lawsuit. Then I asked to speak to the legal department and he started yelling at me and actually spelled out BAH-BYE and hung up on me! Don't fall for this mess.

These people are as phony as Taco Bell is genuine Mexican food... Please, Hah! The "Marston and Associates"... yeah, right. Who in their right mind would put such a bratty, nasally sounding Val Girl wannabe on the phone and be taken seriously? And the other number, 215-437-3600, is just as phony... Sadly, your "Office of Financial Litigation" office or company doesn't exist, only as a scam in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and the state of Delaware, as I looked into... I filed a report in Pittsburgh, with the Delaware State Attorney General's office, and found a private detective who can trace the numbers...

File these guys on the government do not call list. They will eventually be shut down and Prosecuted. The link is below.

i received a call from this company as well "Office Of Litigations", The name of the company was what threw me off from the start. She stated that same to me as the others above. I have received many of the scamming calls from people with Indian accents with american names to english speaking people that want to get in on the action of scamming. It is such a shame. Don't answer these calls, always google the number and company that they claim to be and you will find that it is a scam. What I have learned that if any agency is trying to reach you for an outstanding debt, they will contact you via mail with all the information.File a compliant so that there is record of it but i'm afraid its not to stop them from calling. Unless you change your number..but why should we have to do that...so just don't answer.

receive multiple calls from this numbers claiming to be litigators and saying that I owe money from a past payday loan. I don't have any outstanding loans with a payday loan or owe any.

These people are purporting themselves to be tied into Robert Marston and Associates in New York, and that this "Office of Financial Litigation" is outside of Philadelphia for security purposes. As far as I kniow, it's illegal to tell someone that they are from a reputable firm, when they are not. And, this snotnosed whiney little brat of a girl (not woman) wouldn't tell me her name, only that I'm being sued. SO... guess who's more in trouble...

Received several calls but I don't answer .when I listen to the messages it says they have my name and social security number and will be sending me papers to sue me.

I received a called from this number as well, the person did not asked for any one, but told me that they have been trying to contact me fora very important matter. They were calling fromFinancial Ligitation Services. The person did not give their name either.

Fraudulent or Zombie Debt Collectors—Things to Know

If you have received a call stating:

1. You have defrauded a financial institution
2. You owe an unpaid payday loan
3. You have a warrant due to an unpaid loan
5. You will receive a court summons
6.  Authorities are coming to arrest you
7.  Anything similar to above,
 a.   Do not give them any information or verify any information for them
 b.   Tell them you know they are a scam operating illegally and that you are   filing a complaint with the  appropriate authorities

* File a complaint with the Attorney General for the state you live in
The more information and complaints there are, the better the chance of getting these criminals to stop (or at least reduce the frequency).    [abstracted from another site]
They continue to bother  you, tell them you are going to the police to make a complaint of extortion.

They told me the exact same thing and I owe1832.05 and I was about to pay because I got so tired of them calling me everyday but I contacted my bank and they research everything and they said I didn't take out any payday loans in September of 2012 they story change each time I talk to someone first I went online and they put the money in my account next they put it on a prepaid card so I just ignore the calls a lot my friends receive the same calls.

Received 3 phone calls and vm today stating same as above.   They must have taken October off but are now back in action.   These calls came from English speaking people too.   I notified the 3 credit bureaus, state police and filed claim on line.  You are all correct that calls won't stop.  Now listed as scam on my phone.    Losers!!!!!!!!
