They are on an autodial system, so in order for these calls to stop you have to pick up the phone and tell them to stop calling if you aren't the person they are looking for. OR, make a payment arrangement so they can make note of it in their system so the phone calls stop.

That happened to me too, the best thing to do in this situation is to call during normal business hours- your most likely to get someone from an American call center...after hours they use people from overseas and its very difficult for them to understand you and vice versa, lol.

When you get a hold of someone who actually understands you, you might have a better chance getting your number taken off of their list. LOL

It's an autodialer and it has left me two messages about a "great opportunity". I'm not sure it is actually Cap 1 and I'm afraid to call back. WTF??? What happened to using real ppl to make calls?

If you don't want calls, whether or not you have a relationship with a bank, just tell the caller they have a wrong number and calling you again would constitue Harrassment.... Easy...
