Has anyone actually called "Timothy S. Schmidt, President of West Park Direct:?

Whoever was calling hung up after I picked up the phone.  I never said more than hello.

(If it is a newspaper, then my guess is The Buffalo News who has been told before to remove us from their call list.  We are on both the DNC list for NY and the Federal DNC list.)

Caller called as I have no caller ID. I usually don't answer, but will dial star 69. Looking to sell subscriptions to the local paper, but what's really sad is I do work for that paper and the marketing is not done in house.

this ppl call me about 3times a day on each of my phones. i try 2call them back but the line is busy.:( has any one had this number call their phone

Call several times a day...hang up when i answer. won't pick up when i call back. VERY ANNOYING!! does anyone know how to get them to stop??

this number called my CELL phone repetedly and no one is there when i answer. my number has been on the national do not call list for over 3 years!! most atempts to call the number back got nowhere. i once did get a message stating "thank you for calling WEST PARK, an operator will be with you shortly". then the line went dead. the company is:
West Park Direct, 2728 Euclid Ave Suite 200, Cleveland, Ohio 44115. their 800 number works, but you can call them at 216-589-0200.

you have to call them to get the calls to STOP!

They called this morning and when i answered i finally talked to sumone. it was the local paper trying to get me to subscribe. i politely told the lady that i didn't want it and i did not want them to EVER call me again. the 3-6 times a day hanging up in my ear is VERY ANNOYING!! So she put me on the do not call list and so far (knock on wood) they haven't called back....yet.

this company is very annoying. i thought this was over. i just got another call from 216 589 0214. it makes it even worse since it is my cell phone. i an calling then back again to complain at # 216 589 0200. i also left a message on the president's machine telling his i was going to report his company. he is Timothy S. Schmidt and his # is 216 658 3010. i think we all need to file a report against this company. maybe then this will finally be over.

There have been calls to my cell phone and my husbands from this number 4 times in the past week.  It needs to stop.  Besides wasting my time it is wasting our minutes.  Today when I answered the phone to ask them to stop they immediately hung up.

it's annoying. I m from virgiania beach, va and I had never dealt w/ this newspaper company. I don't know what they want from me. How can I have them stop calling me?

getting calls and no one there. I call back and all lines are busy. This is a pain in the ass.

I keep getting calls from this number at the most unusual times. I spoke to the rep on the line ONCE. He said he wanted to give me a 7-day trial of the Sun Journal, the newspaper back at my parents' home. I now live where the paper is not delivered. I decided to hang up when he asked for my billing address. Since then, the calls haven't stopped.

Repeated hang ups on my work line. I called 216-589-0200 and asked to be removed from their call list. File a complaint with the BBB if they keep calling you... I know I will!

I got a call from 216-589-0214. When I called back the line was busy.  I do not understand if they are selling something or a collection agency, why would they hang-up?

i get calls very early in the morning and late at night I have no idea who this is and they never leave a message and the one time I did ans no one was there- I just want to know how to stop it

Call at nigth and then hang up, then they call early in the morning and hang up again, The problem is that I live in PUERTO RICO. my phone number is from Virginia,my dauthergh (a Soldier in the NAVY)give me this phones, so we, can get in contact at any time. Because; she doesnt wants me,to worry all the time about her.you dont have the idea of what I feel, when I try to get in contact with this number , and they dont anwser back. Shame on you whoever it is.

I received a call from WST PRK DIRECT (i am on the DNC list)or should I say calls.  This number repeatedly calls me every 2 hours today, and rings 3 times and hangs up.  When I call back it is always busy.  How frustrating.  I contacted the DNC registry at 888-382-1222 and waited for the prompt to report violations and wa la, reported them.  Since they call 3 times in 6 hours, I hope they are indeed handed a fine of $12,000 for each call.  
As soon as I hung up from reporting them, my phone rang, guess who?  Yep! WST PRK DIRECT calling and haning up again.

Don't just get made, get even.  Report them, both thru the DNC regestry and the FTC at www.FTC.gov follow the link for reporting the problem you have, or call them at 1-877-382-4357
