This number has called me four times in a week and I've been on the Do Not Call List forever!! Am blocking them on my cellphone & landline today!

Call from this number to my cell.  It was an offer for a cruise package.

Called my cell. I answered and it was an automated call about student loan debt. I have none. I blocked the number.

Same here. No message. :/

Most modern smartphones let you block on the phone itself rather than your line, I use Verizon and I have 20+ blocked without paying anything.  Look here: Recent Calls > Settings > Blocked Numbers >From Log

Scam call hangup

Automated voice claimed to reduce student loan.  My phone number has been on the Do Not Call List since 2007.

That is not true. I have Verizon and there is no limit to the number of calls I have blocked.

Automated call from Cleveland, Ohio congratulating me that my student loans are now eligible for refinancing! I'm 73 years old and I've never had a student loan in my life.

It depends on the plan, I guess, as I only can block 4 for free.
And yes, this was a student loan scam caller. Same voice as good old Rachel from Card Services scam.

I picked up this call on my cell phone. I don't give my cell number to anyone but family, and I've started getting spam calls on it. Super annoying! It's a recording that starts "Women's cancer....." I'm imagining that's a scammer's way round the do not call registry. They permit charities to call even when you've registered.

This number just called my cell phone which I don't give the number out except to family & friends. I didn't answer it and let it go to voicemail. Of course, there was no message left and I didn't recognize this number, so now it is blocked. I love having this feature on my cellphone!

Calls to say that student loan has been flagged as eligible to save money, etc.  I dont have student loans, also no identifying information when calling back in...

Called today, I picked up but didn't say anything.  They hung up 10 seconds later.  Another one from this area code to block

Left a voice mail automated to press whatever number for whatever. Scam call

Since I've started answering the phone, "Donations, can I have your account number, please?" they hang up pretty quickly, and the frequency has decreased.
