I had the same thing happen today...went to my bank and told them this company My Payday Guardian had debited my account for $29.95 which I had never given permission or signed anything. They blocked the payment.  However I did try for a payday loan about a week ago...never again.  I know now these places will sell your personal information to anyone.  I have had numerous e-mails from this place and others stating I have a pending loan.  When you go to the website...they ask for your information again...and next thing you know...you have 5-6 more of the same type of sites pop-up on your screen. By now I am sure my information has been sent to many sites...they are all the same.  Scammers out to get anything they can...it needs to be stopped!!!

Received a call from this number and the man said he was an attorney, Jay McIntire, but this Indian man gave me 3 different names!!!. He told me that he was filing criminal charges against me for some pay day loan. The pay day loan I took out is not even due until 6/23/12. Do not know what this man is talking about!!! I guess I should report it to my bank and also the local law enforcement.

This Jay McIntire,is a scammer !!!! He went to my checking account and charge me 29:95!! I call him and he give me the attitude!!

keep getting calls from this number at work and cell threatening me if i don't pay they will get me fired and then have me arrested and take me to court.it's been a week now,got a attorney and my work knows about it.it's been very stressful i'm paid up on everything,so this is a scam for sure.my advice get a attorney and have them call,i want these people to leave me alone.

I, too, keep receiving calls from this phone number.  The person calling is trying to extort money from me.  I am going to call my local police department and report this phone number.

i got the same calls , you need to call the attorney general  ( mike dewine) in columbus ohio. these low lifes need to be stopped , they are some real tough guys over the phone , one named jay , told me he was gonna come out to arizona and cut my throat. (come on jay come on out and dont bring a knife to a gun fight ) they were all oriental sounding and could hardly understand them. dont worry all you guys who were threatened ,i have already put in a call to GODZILLA, and he  is going to find them . they for sure dont want GODZILLA coming around....... these loosers need to get a job , and quit stealing from us hard working citizens . maybe we should call our president , ohh never mind , iforgot , he likes stealing from us too.

They charged me 29.95 for looking at their website and filling in information.  I never went to the very end to try and get an approval and they are calling me now to have an attorney call them.

OMG we just experienced the same mess today. Calling me at work, home, and cell. Knows all my personal information. Threatened to have me arrested and put in jail for check fraud. I did not write any check. Wanted cash and told me to go to Walmart or Walgreens and use green dot money payment. I had 20 min or they were going to the police. Then I recieved a call from Mulvane police department who when I actually called had never heard of me. As all the others I was told i would go to federal prison and that I would need to either give the money to them or have my attorney call them NOW! I went to the police who called him several times and told me what to do.

Called my work phone 10 or 15 times in a row. Then none stop on my home phone. This is terrifing. Mr Jay MacIntire needs to be stopped because this is horrific to hear on the phone by someone you can not even understand and you know you have done nothing.

Thank god for you guys who put out this warning and the police that told me it truly was a fraud and they would handle.

These people called me yesterday. I have no charges to my bank account but the guy told me to have my criminal attorney call him. He asked me to confirm the last 4 of my social and I told him no. Then I cut off his spiel and started demanding he tell me who he is. I said I know my rights and he has to disclose to me if he is a debt collector. He wouldn't tell me he kept giving me round about answers like he was hired by someone to contact me about my civil court charges. Didn't make sense cuz first he was telling me I need a criminal not civil attorney. I kept asking and frankly strong arming HIM to get to the point of the call but he was very evasive and sketchy. Real good at using his accent and talking quickly so I wouldn't catch what he was saying. I have ZERO patience for these [***]. He ended up telling me he was mailing the info to ,e and hung up. I'm on this website now to get more ammo on him for the next time he calls. I will be informing the bank tomorrow to freeze any electronic check debits from my account. These people can't do anything they are the scum of the scum don't let them bully you!!! Also I did get a legitimate payroll loan from another company cuz I was stuck but never from this company or any others so that is how these people are finding us. I bet your emails are completely blown up by payday loan spam mail too.

I got the same call like everyone else, and today I see a charge in my bank account from mycashguardian for $29.95..i don't know who the hell is this and I don't have any loans. I am calling my bank today!!

Call constant and debit my account

I to woke this morning to find my account was charged 29.95  by Cash Guardian which over drew my account  I called  my bank and they said I have to wait foor it to get out of the pending status before I can claim that its a fraud.  I tried calling the company but they dont open for 2 more hours., I dont even know who these people are.  I think everyone should get together and file a class action suit against these people

This is crazy! They are calling my job non-stop and this Indian man is so rude. He screams at me and when I ask to speak with a supervisor he called me stupid and said I was going to jail. Obviously this is  a scam because I work for an agency that is covered under FDCPA laws and recorded conversations. And his behavior is totally unacceptable. Is there anyway to block this call? I cant be bothered at work with him and he calls over and over and over for like an hour straight. It's insane!!

I have not gotten these calls yet but I have not checked my home phone yet either. I did get the $29.99 fee. I called my bank and got the phone number listed and called it. I got a service who stated they would refund the money within 5 days so we will see. I started to apply for a payday loan but never finished nor received any money.

Well when I checked my account this morning I had $ 29.95 withdrawn out of my account by mycash Guardian. Called them and it was for a suppose payday loan. I have never done a payday loan in my life! So i called my bank put a fraud alert on my account,and was transferd to the identitytheft dep.  Also spoke to someone at identity theft assistance who helped me put a fraud alert on my credit report! She gave me a website to check out www.identitytheftassistance.org maybe you guys can find some help there. I have not gotten any threating calls yet, but they can sure bring it on if they want to!! I will sure take a big chunck out of their a**.

I received a phone call from this number many threats that actually brought me to tears. Saying that they were going to issue a warrant for my arrest and all this other stuff. The guys name is Jay. I called my lawyer and he said its a scam.

I got the same call they threatened me so many times well I am in school for a paralegal and knew better they read me my miranda rights over the phone for one that was stupid because you dont know if you are actually talking to me and as far as that goes I never ever ever took out a payday loan. I do not have the means to pay it back so I do not even try to get one. I do know that when I called my local sheriff's department and they called them they told her that they could not talk to her because of the fact that she wasnt a lawyer and that the papers were in the mail and everything lol. Okay first they threatened to arrest me well I figured beat them to the punch and everything so I called the cops myself and they said dont worry about it. Its not the harrassing phone calls that bother me its the factor they got my social security number plus date of birth and a few other things that only I should have. I am going to call the Attorney generals office tomarrow and see what can be done about it. If my identity gets stolen and they charge stuff I will prosecute to the fullest extent. Hope everyone else take my warning and calls the attorney generals office before they start charging stuff to your name or applying for things in your name.

Ive gotten the same call and same charges as well. Its a SCAM!

I have a question for everyone? Why hasn't anyone call the bar association and tell them what's going on? I'm calling Monday. Everyone should do the same. I talked to him after he threatened my wife today. He didn't like talking to me. He scared my wife real bad. She was crying all-day. Doesn't it seem weird that he wanted all of you to go get a prepaid credit card to pay him. He messed with the wrong guy. I don't do well with threats.
