Just had cash guardian take $29.95 out of my bank account. NEVER heard of these creeps!  Contacted local FBI office and they said need to contact bank and then file a complaint with them. So upset. Can't afford this crap!

I was simply looking at possiblities, then I get a $30.00 charge on a check to my debit account.
When I attempted to call the 1-866-657-5097 number on botton of check, the number was not active.
I then called my bank and they gave me this number of 866-678-3482 which i called was put on a very, very nice voic prompt call waiting system, that instructed me that I was the 4th. caller after a few minutes the 3rd. caller after a few minutes the 2nd. called after a few minutes the 1st. caller. When it was my time the voice prompt stated that the person I wanted to talk with was on the phone and I could leave a message.
Nice MOVE on thier part.

the fraud  and theft of  the ach  from my checking   per the my cash gaurdian  hit my acct  12/2/12/ and is  fraud and  theft and internet  fraud  theft   tryig to reach them  did not  authorixe   any of this and they are  causing   havick in my accounts  checks  bouncing   left and right  do to them stealing     and frauding my acct and bank  this is a  federal crime   need asssstance to put them in jail    bapolen@yahoo.com      ph 3174810469

I looked into getting payday loans online and ended up with one of these companys taking out $30 in my acct. without permission and now my acct. is overdrawn and I have NSF fees. They said could not refund or help me and that it was written somewhere in thier website it was a 1 time fee but that if I accepted a loan from them they would refund it! Is this legal? The # was 18667655097 on the check and when I called it was a woman with heavy Indian accent who said she couldnt help me and then hung up on me! What can I do?

What did you end up doing? These same people scammed me! I am going to pursue this, they cannot keep getting away with this!

I had this cash guardian charge my acct 29.95 and caused my acct to overdraft. i called my bank immediately.

How can she sound Phillipino or New Zealand? They don't even come close to being similar accents......

Nancy, the exact scam happened to me!  These people are dangerous. My advice is TOOO never give your information to a payday company online....

Yes it is frustrating as hell when you work for your money and some DAMN fool authorizes your account without your permission, takes money and you are hit with an overdraft fee.. This is crazy. This has happened to me. ALL of my account numbers are changing immediately!

Report this to the FTC. Go to www.ftc.gov/
If enough complaints are filed the FBI will ring in on the scammers!!

omg I had the same thing just happen....I called wells fargo and they did. Stop payment so they could never try again to take $ from my acct. I had the same indian guy call n threaten me. The weird thing is I was working the day they saaid I did application....idk

I got hit too by the CASH GUARDIAN on 10/30.  Before may bank can go after them and/or protect my account from future withdrawals, I have file a formal complaint directly to the company. Can you or anyone provide an address for the CASH GUARDIAN.

that exact happened to me they charge on my account 29.95

I haven't started recieving calls yet but I too had a charge for $29.95 on my checking acct from these people.  I called them several times and all I have gotten is a recording. On it they tell me if I am calling about a refund that their customer service reps will direct me to a website.  I went the the website and all it said was Thank You for your application - well I didn't fill out an application so I had no password or user ID. I assume they got the information some time ago when I was searching online for a loan.  But I know I never authorized anyone to take money out of my acct. I have contacted my bank and advised them not to honor anymore charges from this company. What scares me is that if they have my info they can use a different company name.  My bank has turned it over to their fraud department so I am hoping to get my money back.  It is amazing the stuff people will do to fraud the American people.

This has just happened to me, also, for $29.95. I can't get in touch with them
until tomorrow morning. But I shall. Also watch out for any person with a heavy
accent that calls about suits against you. This is a scam.

Check the internet by putting in the phone number. If that doesn't help,
put in the name of the company. That usually works.

I received a charge for $29.95 on Oct. 25, 2012. I immediately contacted this company by calling 888-485-5853. When I call the number I continued to get a message saying all represenatives are currently unavailable. They did give me a website called mlhelp.org. I went to the website put in my email and phone number and clicked cancel at the top. I received a message that said my refund would be refunded no later than November 3. It is now November 9 and I still did not get my refund.

this just happened to me , a man called said he was jeff, (obviously he was not) they have overdrafted my account, called to say they have a lawsuit against me and I cant get anyone to help...how are they getting away with this
