I've received 20ish messages from this number this last billing cycle.  What can be to stop them as I've had to pay for them (individual charges for each)?

My bill statement from T-Mobil showed 22 tex messages from this number. The same thing happened in the two last months. They are all incoming messages. The problem was that I did not see the messages on my phone. When I called T-Mobil, they were unwilling to resolve the problem. They did not remove the charges and I was unable to convince them that those messages were not received on my phone. All they told me that their system showed that I did receive them. I requested a call back from the manager and they did not call me back. Since I did not add unlimited text messages to my plan, I now believe that it's T-Mobil trying to push you to add the unlimited text messages to your plan.

I bet if you spent 1/2 the time sexing your husband as you do investigating the bill you both would be happy.

number 222-222-2211 was texting my phone number

i got charged 10x 20cent each in one day same time . i was sending picture mesage and recipient got charged . i only sent one picture mesage at that time

I did call tmoblie and they credited me for the 10charges.

I also found this number on my BF phone so i pulled all my phone records, this number is when they go on the chat line, 1-520-202-20000. so i created a proflie also , and used another name. You are able to to lesson to all callers that where on the line. So if your man was on the line you are able to put them on your hot list so when they get on you will get a text on your phone the one of your friends has jump on the line. The you are able to jump on and hear for your self. Men think we are dum. But what goes around comes around. Good Luck to you!

Basically, it is T-Mobiles way to make you add to your T-Mobile account unlimited texting  for $10 extra per month. After I added unlimited texting to my T-Mobile account, for additional $10 per month of course,  the 222-222-2211 from Mauritania, North-West Africa, text message sender have stopped texting me.

So, in the end comes back to T-Mobiles internal scam. T-Mobile launched this scam in December of 2010. Today we have a number of mobile service providers. We have the freedom to choose the most ethical among all.

we already had unlimited texting and husband was receiving porn pics and texts requesting money from the number so I don't think it was tmobile scam

Yes this is a chatline. yahoo facebook, if you have yahoo messager account, its a chatline where they want money for webcam,or picture. yahoo has chatline where they can voice chat, record chat, or webcam.I just broke up with someone that i loved and i added me on had contact, just to see what was going on. she sent me a link to click on and it was webcam.Sorry to tell you this becasue it's a heart breaker but thats what it is.

I get them too and my phone is a Canadian phone. I keep blocking them and texting stop. I've been receiving a lot more lately. They don't show up on my bill as far as I know but I am getting really annoyed and should probably talk to my provider. I with Rogers

i am brand new customer and i also have these on my tmobile bill. lol this is crazy

I got worried for a second, but there are no outgoing messages.  Only incoming messages.
