Happening more frequently now.  Everyday a new number.  Got this one this morning. Usually about some solar crap.  Just don't answer the phone.  They need to get a real job!

Said they would take over my student loan.  I am over 60, do you really think I have a student loan at my age.  Damn [***].

Just received a call from this number, July 22nd, 8:54 am. Did not answer based on all the other comments in this website.  I am glad for everyone else who reported telephone numbers who are or maybe are scammed.

Second call in a couple of days. I did not pick up and no message was left.

Recorded message telling me I qualify for federal student loan forgiveness.  I think sallie Mae sold my info, this call definitely seems scammy.

Tired is this crap.  I get a robocall from a new number every other day now.

I received a call this morning from this number area code 224-202-7359. This stated that they were calling from a student loan center regarding refinancing student loan it was a recorded message I am on the do not call list. Additionally I am on a deferment and will not be paying back student loans for a period of time. Why these people are calling me I have no idea I think it's a scam, to get information on Social Security number etc.

Received call.  No message left.  Sounds like a telemarketer.   Blocking number

I've never been to college, how would I have an outstanding student loan?
When I pushed 1 to be transferred to a counselor I was sent to another number which rang to a voicemail asking me to leave my name and number so they could call me back.  If you weren't able to talk to me when YOU called me why the hell would I want you to call me back?

Called my son twice.  He didn't answer.  He doesn't have any loans so,  whatever.

not so sure National "DO NOT CALL REGISTRY" works....or these nerds just can't read and/or comply with FCC and FTC Law..they have been reported.

They called this morning but I'm from Ca, don't know anyone in this area code so they must be scammers.

I answered the call and it was a robo-call about student debt loans. I hung up at that point.

Do NOT fall for the IRS scam - - Tell them to send you a letter -  - Then hang up and IF you are really unsure DO CALL the REAL IRS and find out the truth from them

They called my cell phone on 7/15/15 (I lagged on posting this) - Caller ID said "IL, USA".  I didn't answer, and they didn't leave a message.

I received a call on my cell from this number.  I did call back but no one answered.  I did not leave a message.  I'm pretty sure this is a telemarketer.
