Call on Caller ID.  No message left.

I received this call and answered the phone expecting a survey,(I like to take them) I heard 2 DTMF tones and no one every came on the line. We do have some money with Edward Jones so it makes since. But there system must not work very well.
Maybe someone left the Robo dialer on. It’s Labor Day so I don't think anyone would be working in a call center for JD Power. Unless maybe  it is an off shore operation. Sandeep needs a day off as well I guess.

Just missed a call from 231-224-2038 (2:45pm Sat.)then noticed in call history they had called three other times. Returned the call and a recording stated," You received a call re: a Client Satisfaction Survey from Edward Jones...visit the EJ website...this is not a sales call...we may call you back soon." I have no financial relationship with EJ so the call is of no interest to me.

must be edward jones..i have a acct w/them. did not answer phone though.

Received a call from this number (which I missed). I am a customer of Edward Jones which has always been a very honest and straightforward company.

I used to work at Edward Jones so I can verify that the call is totally legitimate.  Its a survey that they use to let your Financial Advisor know how they are doing and what they can improve on.  It is anonymous and done by an outside company so that the results are unbiased.

called me - did not leave message.  sounds like ed jones.

as a disgruntled former employee that can't seem to get the new FA to close my account, I can't wait to get this call......their rating may drop a touch!

Problem with this is they ONLY want to discuss your adviser and NEVER talk about EJ the company.
When EJ wants my opinion they can all me directly and we can discuss their company = not their reps.
They know my number.

Beware of the "How to Block Phone Number" from howtotutorials.net showing up in this forum.  They want your cell number to access it, and by giving it (notice the very faint fine print at the bottom of the box requesting your cell number) you'll be charged $9.99 a month for access to this "service"!

What a tricky rip-off!!!

Every other day I get call from them.  I wasn’t able to pick up the phone anytime, they don't leave a message.  Caller ID said JD Power with the same number (231-224-2038). I am really frustrated
to figure this out, since there is no caller ID name, just no. and from Fremont, MI. I do not want them to call me..

Wow!  People really are this whiny and shallow?  You got a call from a company that evaluates business so that you know whether or not the business and it's associates, the FA's, are good and you whine about it.  Never heard of JD Power & Associates?  Do you live under a rock?  I can understand that you may be on the Do Not Call list, but if you've had a EJ account, then the "call list" doesn't matter, you authorized EJ and it's associates to call you pertaining to EJ business.  If people didn't answer surveys like these, you wouldn't be able to know how a business handles itself, or the business wouldn't know how you felt about their employees and services.  Chill out people!

Call me every day (I have their number blocked now but can still see when they try to call) and never leave a message. I used to have an edward jones account but canceled it 3 years ago...

Every time I make a withdrawal from any account at Edward Jones I get a call the next week from this number.  I never answer because it is an odd number, and then check online and get Edward Jones as the answer of who it is.

It probably is a survey of did you get your funds, was your experience good, can we improve service.
