I received a call by a computerized message identifying themselves as Canadian Delivery Express, saying my package has arrived, and provided me with a 4 digit claim code.... the number actually showed as 232-216-3883-8. I did not return call... suspecting fraud.

I also received a call and did not return as I am not expecting any packages.  Certainly sounds scammy.

"Please call us and Provide the code ####, thank you"

232 is the code for Sierra Leone, I doubt that I got a package there...
(Just finished watching Blood Diamond no more then 30 minutes ago too... CREEPY!!!)

I got the same partial voice mail asking me to call 25299609923.  Clearly not a Canadian phone number.  Delete!

It was a computerized female voice saying it was "Canadian delivery express" and my package was ready for pickup, along with a 4 digit code.

Got a rather unclear voicemail from a robocaller saying to call them and give them the four digit number mentioned in the call. So I tried to find "Canadian Delivery Express" but no such company. I thought it was weird that they would not provide a return number, and the they used only a four digit code, which seems unlikely. Usually these delivery systems use 16 digits, with numbers and letters and so forth. It would take that to track a large number of parcels. Anyhow just deleted.

Same "Your packet has arrived" message from number 25299609923 (different than 232-216-3883), received in Vancouver (on 604 number) at 9:08 AM PDT.

Received the same call just now on my cell - from 125299609744. No such company exists.

I just received a call with the identical number.  Thanks for posting... was not expecting a package, and thought that it was "scammy".

Same here, "Canadian Deivery Express" and asking to supply a code. Must be a scam.

Received a call from 232 216 38716 yesterday. The number came up as Sierra Leon. The person left a message about "your package has arrived". They asked me to call and quote a code which they gave. Tried calling the number to enquire about this unexpected package, call did not go through. Sent a text...no response. This is clearly a scam.  The package that I am expecting usually comes through the post or is delivered to my door, depending on how big the order is. I wish people would stop wasting other people's time.

Caller said they were calling from Canadian Express Delivery. Google that company...does not exist.

I am expecting a package from the states. I thought it was fedex and like a dummy I called back and left my name and address. Help! What are they going to do with this info?

I got one from a Somalia code. +252 99609744 giving a 4 figure number. Anyone want to give them a ring? Canadian Delivery express apparently.

I got a call from this same phone number on my cell and did not answer it.  It's most likely a scam.  I put it on my reject list immediately otherwise they will keep calling.

called me Friday April 17th at 2:18pm on my cell phone..  Worst part is I am expecting a package from China.. LOL

i just got this same call ..leaving me a 4-digit code .. From this number ... 011 252 99609744 ... I suspect it was a scam ... Although I don't see the point ??

I got the same call. And I will just ignore it. Usually the delivery company will leave a note on my front door or the mail box. I was never informed by a phone call.
