- Chris replies to MuthaYes they are scammers. I recently got my ID stolen because of this. I have reported this to the local police and they said they will look into it. You people should report them to the FCC and the FBI like I have done. Be smart for once.

- Jackson replies to DutchSame thing happened to me today on March 19, 2016. Bunch of crap... Blocked the number...
- AnnonKeep calling every 15 minutes for the last hour. I never answer because if they cannot leave a message on the machine and I do not recognize number there is no point. I know about the Microsoft scam and am ready to block the number!
- Gunny G USMCSame, Heavy Indian accent. Tells me he's from Microsoft and that illegal activity is coming from my IP. I say, which one? Which IP? Already knowing it is a scam and he is trying to get access to my computer. Next I tell him that's really strange because I don't have a windows computer, I have all MACs. hangs up. I laugh. Microsoft moved to Ohio? How dumb do they think we are? I can't even get the real Microsoft to return my calls. Also, Microsoft doesn't investigate criminal activity. Law Enforcement does. If they ask, is this "my name" I respond with, who's this? Don't ever give out info to any caller unless you absolutely know who they are. Not even your name. It's a scam.
- Caller: Foreign Scam
- JaygeeScammer with an Indian accent called twice claiming to be from Microsoft. Microsoft DOES NOT call people out of the blue, nor do they monitor computers to see what's going on with them. The intent is to take control of your computer to get banking and credit card info and whatever else these dirtbags can steal. It's all a scare tactic to prey on unsophisticated computer users. Don't fall for it!
- fed upanswer and no one responds
- Jcalls daily and never leaves a message. they just called today and I answered only to be hung up on. total freaks.

- Use Your BrainSame thing as everyone else is saying. If someone says they are from Windows, World Wide Web, Mac, Microsoft or any other entity, use your brain, it is a scam. 1. Windows and World Wide Web are no company at all. 2. Your computer does not send messages out like that telling the companies your computer has a virus or errors etc. 3. If you ever got a virus your anti virus missed etc, you would have to take it to someone or call a reputable company to fix it.
I mess with these guys usually on a daily basis. I had an air horn for a while or I would pretend to do what they say and then tell them they are a scam and if they keep calling back and it is a woman, I will ask her some very personal questions, if it is a guy, I will pretend something bad happened in the back ground (for example, while I am talking to the scammer, I would pretend I am whispering to someone else about hiding the body or something similar. They usually hang up.- Caller: N/A
- Jay234-321-3432 Caller ID: WIRELESS CALLER Machine answered and male with Indian accent kept yelling "Hello" over and over expecting someone to respond. Boiler room background noise. Sad there are 19 pages so far of this scam.

- JakeDouchbag calls and says my computer is downloading malicious software. I play dumb and ask him what is malicious software....He says viruses, I tell him the computer got it from his mom..he cusses at me and hangs up. Next guy calls a few days and says same things. I told him that he should go back to his 7-11and take a slurpy enema.
- Caller: Microsoft IT
- AnonymousIndian-sounding young man (not actually human though) with the Windows tech support scam AGAIN.
- Jill| 1 replyI was actually proud of myself for not using any language on a heavily-accented man who supposedly can help fix the "virus files" that are being sent on my computer... that I hadn't used for the past month. They call multiple times per day, harassing my parents- they even went so far (which put me on my breaking point) as to call my dad a liar when he said he didn't have a computer. That is the truth; I have one, but they don't know how to even turn it on, much less use one! My parents' phone number has been listed on the DNC list since 2003... better believe this "company" is going to be getting some harassment suits from them!
- Caller: WinMac Solutions
- SLK replies to JillJust got the call again. So I played along and asked for a return number. He gave me a number that started with 755. Then I listed to him he asked me the color of a button at the bottom of the screen. I said blue, he then called me a mother fu**^* and hung up on me. Idiots.
- RSame story as everyone else.
I just kept him talking and wasted his time
he asked me why I was wasting his time. I told him because it's fun. - Do Not Call Registry Is UselessTwenty pages of complaints, lol. Add me to the list.
