i called back and at first a recording said to put your partys ext.# or dial o for operator, wich was a circle going back to recording, i then looked up the corprate office of the p. i. firm, and real person picked up, she stated that the # was a p.i. firm, and the phone must have been in the field nothing she could do, i stated symply discontinue the service, same ansure so i told her have a screwed up day and hung up....

Got a call today from this number. I let it go to voicemail..nothing. When I called the number back, I got the recording that this number is no longer in service. There was only a few minutes between their call to me, and the call I made to them. How can it call in, and then a couple of minutes later, not be in service????

he claimed to be able to bring down my interest rates on my credit cards and went through some sucess story abut how much Money this company can save me and he ask for some information about my address.  I gave him a maid up address and I could tell he all ready had my actual address from the tone in his voice. I figured one good lie deserves another.So he did not give me any contact information what so ever before he ascked for my credit card information like ok yea I will give you my third child and my left nut lol. So he then gave me there contact number 1-888-878-1014 Address given is 810 Apollo rd. Melbourn Florida

I called back the 1-888-787-1014 and got a compleated diferant company then the one i was fifst told this clearly a scam.

I answered and got the prerecorded message...saying that they could reduce the interest rate on my credit cards.  Since I do not give information out to strange phone numbers I hit #3 to supposedly have my number put on the "do not call list", we will see what happens.

Did not answer call.  Caller left a message about reducing my intrest.  I have nothing on which to have interst reduced. I placed my home phone number and cell phone number on the Do Not Call list in January, so should not have received a call from this number.  It needs to be stopped ASAP.

when I get a call like this I do the simple thing. "I BLOCK THE CALL" my phone has call blocking I would sugest you get one there are a lot on the market today. makes life so much easer

no message, obviously a telemarketer/criminal scam.. My question is, why isn't BELL Canada using the technology which they have implemented, to stop these criminals!!?

BELL is just as guilty, by giving these animals the technology to remain undetected, they are giving them the means to break the law!!

Cease and Desist calling those who have (tried at least) to have your operators delete their numbers from your calling lists.  Train your operators better; and get a valid security certificate so that your website's DNC List will actually work effectively.

Mike and/or Chrysta:  Do you have a complete address for First Comm Lic. Oh, in Youngstown OH 44507 ?  Can't readily find a street address via Google...  Bravo to you both for the effort, energy, tenacity, and humour you have put into this!

I am sending a legal notice to cease and desist to James and Ginger C Stanley at 7561 Dexter Grove Drive, Cotrdova TN 38016, as the apparent operators/owners of Mutual Consolidated Services, and warning them that their employees may be deafened when they intrude, uninvited, into our home in Toronto ON Canada, as we now keep a Fox 40 whistle beside our phone.

Oh, and the postscript on my letter says to Chris, CCO, that Mike and Chrysta say "hi!".

Just called this number back and it's just a busy tone?  Does anyone know who these people are? They are so annoying!  If you're gonna call and I have call display - then leave a message!  They've got to be scammers!

Another automated call from "Rachel of Cardholder Services."   I pressed "1" to speak with someone and got a man. He asked me if was intrested in lowering my credit card rates and I in turn asked him what bank he represented.  He hung up on me. Sure sign of a scam. Tried to call the above number twice... according to the phone company, it does not exist. Sure sign of a scam #2.

These telemarketers just change the recording messages.

I've received numerous calls from them and I am seriously aggravated about it. I tried calling the number listed on their privacy page but couldn't get through. I found another number for them (1-800-943-3250) and actually got through to someone. After reading a lot of posts about them, I was fully prepared to rant & rave, and be ranted & raved at. I told the receptionist I wanted to be removed from their calling list. She put me through to a man, who was actually very polite, took my phone number and told me he would put me on their internal do not call list immediately. We'll see if I get any more calls... I also filed a complaint with the BBB and the CRTC.

I called Mutual Consolidating Services at 1-800-943-3250 and spoke to "Chris", the Compliance Officer and asked him to remove my number from their list.  While doing this I was told that the calls were actually coming from a company called J.P.M. at 312-249-1595. I also called them and told them to remove my name from their list. So far, no more calls. They sure were annoyed I was able to get their numbers and find out who they were.....lol.   Call them, it will help, and give them a piece of your mind.  Pass this message and phone numbers on and tell everyone to call them, the more people that do it, the more we will be able to stop rude, annoying scammers like them. Worked for me...lol.

The name showed up as 'Ohio' and the number was as above 1 234 567 8900.  I thought it was an interesting name and number to be calling so I didn't answer it.  First I've seen this number... Second time it's happened.  First time it happened to my cell phone, but it was a number from North Carolina, and somehow even though I didn't talk to anyone my phone got charged ridiculous amounts of money.
