Scammer, he calls to see if you can handle 15 or more new patients.  When you call back and actually talk to him he then proceeds to sell you patients.  If you pay me this I will give you this.-- ILLEGAL.

Dr. Gary called before office hours, left a VM and wanted to have a PA or doctor call him back about patients he would like to refer to us and a patient that he would like to "speak about the case".  We are an anesthesia office in a hospital.  We don't take referrals.  We are in Idaho.

This exact situation happened to my office! We are located in Alaska and they never follows our referral protocols nor do  they ever call during Business hours. DEF A SCAM!!

Called the business number of a US-based florist at 11:39pm, and identified themselves as "doctor Gary" in some strange regquest to transfer patients.  They have called the same company before, with the exact same message.  Obviously we knew this was a scam of some kind, since the subject makes no sense for our company.  Since it wasn't the first time from the same number, it's obvious that this is a robocaller and no reason to continue the call.
