If you have a smart phone you can download apps from the Google app store.  Some are free and some cost a few dollars.  Well worth it.  I have 2 on mine just for double insurance.

Scam.  They had my bank info (names of credit cards one of which was canceled)  Said to get lower rates.  Spooky - Said Chase "Card Paying Services" - that they are the company that banks use to get paid with??? WTF???

I tried to get information such as a name so (guy sounded drunk or out of it and very bad Indian accent).  When I said I have no debt - he said "really" no debt, and I said as well very low rates... then he hung up.

Keeps calling  even after I  blocked them
 Ask repeatedly for mailbox number.  I don't  even know who they are.

Call back to this number will only lead to a voicebox, wondering if it's phishing for user's voicemail password.

Claims to be from the Student Loan Department. Says I have outstanding student loans and need to call them back to take advantage of some relief program.
I've never had student loans, they don't call me by my name and they're calling every day. Scam scam scam.
