called, did not leave message - this is the 3rd time they've called - starting to get annoyed

The number has been calling me lately. The first time this number called: I answered, said hello, the person said hello and acted like I was the one calling.

LOL, just got two calls withing one minute of each other.  No one on line.  Called back and got the "You have reached a non-working number" message.

Getting a call everyday from last couple of days. I don't answer and they don't leave voice mail

This number has called 3 times in 3 days at the same exact time in the am. No message, no care

Every find out what this is. Same thing.

When I answered it took them about 30 seconds to say anything.  When they did, she said she's with my insurance company and needed to ask me some questions.  I asked her, which insurance company she's with.  She stuttered and said, a non-profit company.  I told her that my insurance company is for Profit.  I asked her again, what company.  She tried to move the questions.  I stopped her again and asked her who she thinks she's calling, what do you think my name is.  She said she just dialed the number and has no idea what my name is.  She still tried to ask me questions.  I stopped her again and said ~ NOT INTERESTED.  She did not get any info about me whatsoever.  And left quite frustrated.

Same here. And when I called back it rang twice and than automated message said this number is no longer in servive. And from a land line it gave me a busy signal.

A fast busy means it is an "outgoing" number only. It is a call center where an auto dialer dials randomly & if someone answers sends it to a person. Problem is too many calls not enough people...thus dead air or no one there.

Same. Had about 1x per month - very annoying. I just ignore it, added to my blocked list.

I don'the answer calls from unknown numbers, and this is why.  I always assume that if it is important, a message will be left.  No message, then looked up the number, and it confirms my reason for not answering.

same here. Call with no VM. Called back and it was busy. ran a customer services record, which I have privilege to because of the company I work for, I got this...

Rang but I didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number, no msg. Just another scammer, don't call them back, it's a spoofed number, not a real one.

I get calls from these two numbers daily....STOP!!!!!!

Answered and then some female who's voice switched back and forth between automated and human O_O before she asked me to hang on. she then proceeded to transfer my call to another human (cyborg) to give me an auto insurance quote, so I continued to play along. When the guy finally came on, he appeared very unprofessional and the female cyborg was back saying that "I was interested in a quote" *hook-line-sinkered*. Wanting to get all my info/type vehicles/address and wanting to know where my vehicles are normally parked. I had to hang up after that, but this caller/number is super shady. I've called this number back after a missed call once before and got the same response as everyone, hangs up after a couple of rings. Scammers!

Call started with "2016 laws will effect car insurance rates, do you have a few mins"...I hung up.

Answered after two rings and got 5 seconds of silence before they hung up. Caller ID picks them up as UNKNOWN NAME.
