I am getting call from this number every day at list evry hour I wanted it to stop

These guys called me today with the same message as everyone else.I work as a collector for a company.
Everything they are doing and saying is untrue and illegal..DONT NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE ANYTHING..
You cant be arrested even if you owe on a loan.. you must 1st have a judgement placed against you, then a court hearing..until that takes place pay these people no mind..
The 1st thing you should do is ask for a letter validating the debt if you  believe you owe.IF THEY WONT SEND ONE THEY CANT COLLECT!!

I got a call from this number on my cell phone asking for my husband Dana.  When I said I was Dana, he proceeded to say that his name was Jason Brown from an attorney office representing US Cash Advance.  He said that I had taken a payday loan out from this company and never repaid it.  I asked for the loan amount and he said that if I wanted to clear this matter up today I would need to pay $512.36 today.  He wouldn't go into details about how I was to pay the money after I asked him how much the loan was for.  I asked several times how much was the loan for and he kept saying $300 to $400 but would not give me the exact amount. He asked if I was going to pay the money and I said not if you can't provide me the with more information and the exact amount of the loan.  He repeated that he gave me the amount of $300 to $400.  Then I told him that if he was calling from an attorneys office that he would have the exact amount of the loan.  Then he said we will start legal proceedings against you and hung up.

Once again - this is the 3rd round of calls that I have received from this place.  Different persons name but same guy.  He said his name was Paul Walker this time.
Attorney General says do NOT return phone call or answer.  It just eggs them on to call all the more.
They stop calling after awhile but then a month or so later when you forget about it - they start calling again.

The number that comes up on my call log at work is 253-216-4558 but he tells you to call 253-216-4958

Sure wish they would get these guys - a definite scam.  I owe nothing.

He called my employer today using the name of Paul Walker.  He was extremely rude!   I did not give him any information and he refused to provide me with any.

Mark Anthony is a Latin music singer from the 90's and Paul Walker is an actor whom you may recognize from The Fast and the Furious.

I received a call telling me that I'd defaulted on a loan (which I never got) and was being investigated for fraud among other things and that I could be arrested.  That I could be arrested at my place of employment.  That an affidavit was being sent to my home and police officers would come to arrest me.  This person had an thick accent.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.
