IF YOU DONT HAVE NOTHING TO DO LIKE ME CALL THEM. I CALL THEM EVERYDAY NOW, TALKING ALL KINDS OF [***].  THEY PICKED THE WRONG ONE BECAUSE I'M  CRAZY AS HELL. NOW IM CALLING THEM TALKING ALL KINDS [***]. I LOVE IT BECAUSE I HAVE NOTHING TO DO. NOW THEY JUST HOLD THE PHONE AND LISTEN.

Has called me several times and I contiune to tell him that he is a fraud and I will report him. I have put them on all block lists I can find. He says he is calling to notify me there is a law suit filed and they need to speak with my attorny and will give me no information. They are a scam and have been reported by 100s of others. Do not give them any information.

I am so sick of these sand [***] trying to scam people! I just cuss them out and give it back too them! I sometimes call them back over 30 times in a row. One guy told me to please quit calling because that I was messing up his scam  to scam people out of money!

This man Paul Walker 253-216-4958 keeps calling my work number.  He claims there is a lawsuit against my social security #????  When I ask him what it's in reference to he asks for my attorneys name.  I asked him to fax me information referencing the lawsuit because I can't understand his broken english.  Huuum I'm thinking this is a scam.  He won't give me a company name or any information.

Consumer debts in America, including payday loans, are a *CIVIL* matter, not criminal! The agents' horrid threats are empty and their conduct is illegal. As early as possible it's critical to determine if your collector is domestic or yet another South Asian faker. The former you can sue into submission; the latter tend to be out of reach.

Got this too, said there was legal action against my name and my social security number. They called my place of employment twice.

Received a call today from  Ryan O'Connor who said he was a legal aide and is attempting to collect a debt from a online payday loan company but would not give me the name of the company, said I had to be forwarded to the attorney, he transferred me and they too said there name was Ryan O'Connor. I told him the other guy said his name was Ryan O'Connor and he informed no he said Paul Walker. I knew then there was something funny going on. He then told me I would be getting a subpoena in the mail and within 7 days will be put in jail and have to fight this battle in the court system. I told him I was going to be reporting this number to the local authorities and to not call back. That did not work, he still kept calling until I had his number blocked. Something needs to be done, this is just ridiculous, and after reading everyone else's posts, looks like it has been going on for a while.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

The caller name was James Brown and he stated that he has tried to electronically take money from my checkings account for the amount of 554.98, which I never had. He stated that my account was declined and that he was sending a warrant and subpoena for my arrest for 8 days and 8,000.00. He hung up and told me to await to be pick up and go downtown.

now on my recording he states that his name is Jason Brown and he threatened that if he does not hear from me or my attorney. He wishes me good luck on what unfols on me and hung up.

jennifer smith, supposedly a loan collector (fake) has a n accent, complete bs,  scam artist, i contacted my bank they stated nothing was going on with my account, nobody ever shows up at your place of employment or home, use the useful tips provided they help....i hope these ppl get arrested/deported whatever and stop the scam

Someone called me from this number trying the same thing

Whoever calls from this number has stolen information from online sites and calling people lying to them about being sued.

Just got called twice and he finally left a message.  Said his name was Scott and I was being sued.  Reeks of Indian scam.

Keep receiving phone message from someone...each time name is different. Trying to tell me that I'm being sued and that if I don't call them back the police will come to my work or home and arrest me, umm yeah right...their English sucks. I've have actually spoke to this person once...and they got irritated because I kept interrupting their little script an when I told them that this was a scam and that I would have my lawyer call them back they got really irritated.

This guy called me too,  I must admit he had me for a minute but once he asked for money I knew something was up.
