I have been getting calls constantly from this number also.  I selected the option to speak with a representative today and was transferred to a voice mail for Empire Payments.  I looked them up on the net and found another number 888-440-8472 and an address of 41 Washington Avenue, Cedarhurst, NY 11516 and email addresses of sales@empirepayments.com and customerservice@empirepayments.com.  Just sharing this information.  What you do with it.................

They've called three times this morning, on my cell phone ANNYOING!!! When I answer it disconnects.

Ive been getting a lot of these calls, I asked the name of the company and the rep told me merchant advance, and was VERY RUDE!  I called my phone company and this number belongs to a marketing company in Chicago, IL. Who didn't have any contact or company info listed. The only help I received was from gary at EMPIRE PAYMENTS who told me his company used a marketing co as well but his boss decided to stop using this marketing service after numerous complaints from other people receiving these calls. I can ONLY SAY GOOD THINGS AND APPLAUD Gary and his company EMPIRE PAYMENTS for his honesty and the company deciding not to proceed with a marketing company like this. I however could not find any contact info for merchant advance who has called me several times a day for weeks, anybody who does find them please post there info so maybe I can speak to the FCC about some of the conversations or should i say abuse they practice!!

Receive multiple calls a day here at my business and the person on the line does not speak at all....

This phone number calls my business 4-5 times a day.  On the caller id it says its Bizloans 206 359 7331. how do you make it stop?

So I listen to dees call and I press No 1 to speak to de operator. I get connected, and he say me dat he can give me $250k loan for 12 month. Dey are private equity firm in de New York and dey have fast underwriting, and application only 1 page long. They can debit from checking account 22 time a month doing ACH. It equals 16% interest rate. I tell him dat I have supplier from Colombia and we have lots of cash, but some sometime delivery get stop in custom and we need wait 1 month for cash flow.

He hung up at me when I say him we looking for alternate supplier in Mexico.

He therefore know dat I am scam, just like him. I laugh out loud. So you should too.

Caller ID says "BIZLOANS".  The prerecorded message says "Palm National".  I pressed 2 to opt out.
It may be that www.palmnational.com is their web site and, according to that web site, 877-634-8622 is their number.

Phone # came up on my caller ID.  States Biz Loans.  Knew it was obviously a SPAM CALLER, so I didn't pick up the phone.

Calls my business cell phone several times a day.  Never leaves a message.  I just added the number to my call blocker app on my blackberry torch which will disconnect it when it comes thru.

The name was Ashley with an offer for a $500.000 loan.  I suspect the number is now being used for the Palm National scam rather than that Empire Payments scam.  Next time I'll get the scoop from a live person.
FCC complaint #13-T01258283.  (File enough of these and they have to take action.)

This entity called but left no message.  I came here to find out what I could on the number and company.

Thank you all for providing this information.  I reported this number to the FCC (FCC complaint # 13-T01258398) and I hope you all do likewise each and every time this "business" calls.  Phone Wolf is right.  Enough of these complaints to the FCC and they will take action.

Maybe we can all get a class action suit going and sue this company into the ground.

Called on 09/04/2013 @ 04:30 PM from Kent, WA. Caller ID shows Bizloans. No message left. SPAM!

Got three calls.  One was a robocall saying our business qualified for a $500K government loan.  What a scam.

If it calls and you pick up and say "hello" the robot will give a little speech about credit cards.  Then it will ask you to press 1 if you want to speak with a representative.  Once you press 1, an agent comes on the line right away.  

If you don't say anything, the agent keeps saying "hello, I hear someone there."  They know your business name.

These people need to get a life.

Caller I.D. says BIZLOANS.  The JERKS call several times per day and hang up each time.

Got a call from 253-236-2033 today. Caller ID shows Bizloans.  They are violating "Do not call registry".  I did not answer. If they call again, I will report them to Federal Trade Commission/Do not Call Registry.  I encourage others to do the same.
