Uhhh you have no choice if they call your place of business.

Robo call about getting business loans.

we have voip phones; we have opted out many times; yet they still call and call and call and call and call and call and call and call and call

I have personally spoken to a Bizloans rep and asked that they stop calling.  They say will take care of it and the calls keep coming.  I have pressed #2 as per their (illegal) robo call and the calls keep coming.  I went to the Bizloans website and sent a contact message to them and a jerk calls me back claiming to be the owner of the company and gives me the BS that it is a totally different company, using the name of his company, sending out these calls.  He is a liar.  The government will not do a damn thing to stop this harassment.  My advise is to go to the bizloans website and send constant messages under the contact link.  Fill their message bank up like they fill up our day with this harassment.  Threaten a law suit enough and maybe a decent attorney will take this case.

They call our bussiness every day, every hour.  They are very rude and pushing the #2 button does not work.

Another loan call - says to press "9" to remove - I'm sure it will just mean more robocalls...

They called again and their call was blocked BEFORE they dialed my number.

In our office, we have the Digitone Call Blocker...it's wonderful in that it blocks individual numbers and it can also BLOCK ENTIRE AREA CODES!  

We have ALL AREA CODES from Washington state BLOCKED!  We also receive calls from 360 (a Wash. state area code) from an outfit called AFFORDBL HEALTH.  Yes, they're blocked also.

I get calls from this company everyday and others like it with the exact recording.  Someone asking to fill out an application for credit.

Why would I want to pick up a incoming call from BIZ LOANS!

A robocall is illegal no matter who they are calling whether its a home or a business, they are illegal.

Is see from our phone they tried to call 2 times today, but the phone did not ring, because the area code has been blocked. Also reported them to donotcall.

This board is simply a sounding board for people to vent and inform others of scam telemarketing calls they receive.  There is no authority associated with the 800notes site to stop these callers.  In order for people to collectively stop these type calls they must act together - and TAKE ACTION!  It doesn’t do any good to complain about a caller on this board unless you then take the next step and do something about it!  The caller ID number is usually a ‘Spoof Number” – A Fake!  Never, never, ever engage the caller or call back the number.  The false robocallers will then capture your number as a ‘live one’ and use it over and over and sell it to other scammers.  The same goes if it prompts you to ‘press a key’ to ‘opt out’  of their calling lists, or be transferred to someone, as this will only ‘log’ your number as a working one and make it ripe for future calls and to be sold to other scam companies as well.
The best option is simply to hang up, keep your own list of calling numbers with date and time and report it to the FCC below.  There is space on their complaint form to list several calling dates and times of a repeat caller.
The DO NOT CALL list is worthless, they do not act on anything, just build a database of numbers.
In order to do something to help stop these type calls, everyone - EVERYONE needs to file an online complaint directly with the FCC.  If they receive enough complaints about a particular number - they will act on it.  Do it today and pass along the info:

Has called me twice today. Told them to stop calling, but it only seems to fuel their desire to keep calling me.  

Correction, they have called me three times, twice within one hour.

They suck offers that will work then 5 % of what you need so all BS

You might hear people saying the DoNotCall list doesn't work, but it does according to my state's attorney general. The reason it doesn't work as well as it should is because people don't complain. Regarding this particular number, these are robocalls and they are illegal because they offer a product or service for sale. They are spoofing the caller ID and they were hijacking a real person's phone number. I called the number last week and reached these criminals, but when I tried calling it again today (because they called again) I reached some porr fellow who said people have been calling him asking why his number is on their caller ID, so this proves they are spoofing and in some cases intercepting incom ing calls to that number. This is serious criminal activity and EVERYONE who takes the time to complain on this site should take REAL action and file a complaint on the FTC Do Not Call site. I do not recommend you do what I did, i.e., call a robocall's number back, but in my case I have a call blocking system that blocks by number and/or name of the caller ID. You shouldn't call them because it confirms that your number belongs to someone and you could get put on more lists. Please report these calls to the FTC at https://www.donotcall.gov/ even though you may think it does no good. Well, posting your complaint here does absolutely nothing except allow people to vent their anger a tiny bit -- at least we have a chance with the FTC.
